Pros:

Room design, and room facilities

Cons:

WiFi is too slow, indoor pool staff always disappears so we have to wait them to be able to access the pool, 8kTL hold on my credit card room guaranty will be refunded after 15 days, which is impact my credit card limit

Personeller şahane hepsi bu aslında temelinde otel olarak inşa edilmemiş hatta hala tam olarak otel gibi bir yönetim sistemi olmayan bu oluşumu gayet iyi idare ediyorlar özellikle resepsiyon ekibine ve spa ekibine bravo

Temelde otel olarak inşa edilmediği için odaların kullanım olanakları maalesef bazı sorunlar yaratmış, ilk verilen odada çamaşır makinesi halıfleks’e akmış ve halıyı çürütmiş müthiş bir nem kokusu vardı odada gece gec saatte gelince biz değişim istemedik ama ertesi gün odamızı upgrade edip başka oda verdiler o odada ise gardrop kırıktı sürgülü kapısı acılıp kapanmıyordu, oyelin houskeeping ekibi çok zatıf maalesef , müthiş ne kokan bir odayı yada kırık dökük şeyleri raporlamak lazım, ama şu varki bu binalar hem ev sahiplerinin oldugu, hem kiracıların oldugu hemde otel odası olarak işletilen bir yer , daha once ev olan yerler otel odasına dönüştürülmüş sıkıntı burdan kaynaklı.

Wir haben die Herzlichkeit ,die bei Gästen wirkliches Wohlfühlambiente ausmacht vermisst ;und wer trägt heute noch eine

Großes Zimmer ,Innen-Aussenpool,der Fitnessraum und das Essen waren top 👍

Unser Zimmer hatte bei unsrer Ankunft Saunatemperaturen ,das Personal in der Lobby -Rezeption-Security war ziemlich zurückhaltend mit einer freundlichen Begrüßung,nicht mal ein „ Hallo „ , schade ☹️
Dafür war das gesamte Personal im Restaurant,Putzdamen ,im Fitness und beim Schwimmen sehr freundlich;
Und ,
wir bekamen ein größeres Zimmer angeboten,( tolles Angebot 👍)
nur wurde uns später mitgeteilt,dass größere Zimmer keinen Meerblick bieten -haben ,
…Uograde ??? oder ….🤷‍♀️
Und Vorsicht beim Nutzen der Waschmaschine, bei uns ging die Tür der Trommel nicht mehr auf …
der Techniker kam sehr schnell 👍
dafür war dann der Teppichboden platschnass ,und wurde nicht mehr trocken.. Schade
Ein Glas Rosewein zum Abendessen kostet doch glatt 18€ , das genossen wir dann kein 2. Mal 😉

Very small and cozy rooms, room maintenance was done nicely, damaged locks and less clean, less choice and variety of food, everything was included in the package but in the end not provided as shown on the time of booking.
