Very pleased to find a place to stay after previous reservation had been canceled.
Pros:

Fresh towels whe.n I asked for. Was very nice in polite about it.

Cons:

It got to other motel to find out my reservations had been canceled. They found this hotel motel for me within minutes, this was Priceline through booking.com. Was a little bit more but it did not take long to find. Also was credited the price difference through booking.com..

Cons:

Rooms did not look anything like the one on the booking .. was not told about 130 dollars deposit. Was told would get it back at check out but only got 100. Told me 30 was for service fee. Meaning parking at hotel i m staying out will not stay here again

I did not stay there. It was too nasty and I am requesting a full refund.
Pros:

I did not like a damn thing about the property. The property was so disgusting. Nasty sheets was nasty. The refrigerator was gross. I would never ever recommend this hotel to no one and I’m fighting out to get my money back.

Cons:

I did not like nothing about the property when I pulled up. It was a disgusting and online pictures is totally different fall advertising.

Absolutamente nada, tudo horroroso.

Me colocará num prédio abandonado, não é o hotel das fotos, fiquei num quartinho improvisado nos fundos.

Great staff but you get what you pay
Pros:

I loved the location and the pricing we got on bookings was great staff was very friendly and accommodated when they could.

Cons:

Not the cleanest our feet were black the first 10 mins walking around the room it was just myself my 4 year old and 9 month old so I made sure to have his pack and play because he couldn’t be on the floor. Very overwhelming smell of mildew rooms should have a dehumidifier I was kind of worried having an infant with the moisture. But it’s what I could afford. The pool was closed 2 out of the 3 days we were there for algae but when open it was nice

Great morning customer service and great scenery.
Pros:

The nearest it was to the beach, great walking distance to the boardwalk.

Cons:

Floors were dirty needs to be mopped and swept, and overnight worker in office was rude experience no customer service from her, I u sweat and being tired especially after driving 17 hours and to check in late even after calling ahead to notify the office lady overnight was not at all pleasant. But the main office workers were great and really turned our whole experience around with their friendliness.
