Pros:

The hotel is clean, well maintained and at a good location. Rooms and bed are super comfortable. You can either walk to most places or get a Grab, I used to walk to the centre of town most days to explore the city.

Breakfast is hearty and generous, I loved and looked forward to the curry of the day every morning.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, they're attentive, kind and super helpful. I was really grateful for them helping me coordinate and check with my safari company, store my luggage and even reschedule my cab due to a flight delay. The staff are exceptional and made me feel extra, extra safe and cared for as a solo, female traveller ❤️

Good accommodation if you’re there just for a short night
Pros:

Staff was genuinely amazing, everyone was helpful and friendly. Facilities were ok, nothing exceptional. Breakfast is quite nice, however there’s certain basic things that were missing (such as dairy alternative milk and enough vegetarian options), and the location was not the best. Also, the shower was quite bad: low water pressure and drain system was not working well. I’d also add a couple more towels for the face, rather than one towel per person only. Overall, still great.

A pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

The property has a well-equipped gym and an outdoor swimming pool. It is located about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The food is very good, and the chefs really make an effort. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful – when we couldn’t get the TV to work, they brought us a new one within just 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.

Cons:

The room we were given was quite dark, with windows facing the stairwell, which made it feel as though we were staying in a windowless room. Hot water was only available in the evenings, and the water pressure was quite low.

Great hotel, great staff! Just choose it!
Pros:

Really nice hotel! Kindness is everywhere there. Staff is always helpful and smiling! We got here after safari and they even helped us cleaning our boots! Great swimming pool to relax! Absolutely you should choose Green Mountain for your stay in Arusha!
