Romantica era ma non è
Pros:

Park behind hotel lovely. Artwork nice. Schnapps and wine list varied.

Cons:

Rooms outdated. Entrance to hotel from parking lot requires stairs making luggage transfer challenging. We booked this hotel as return guests and requested a dinner reservation two weeks in advance and when we arrived in the dining room were told by the hostess they had no table for us. After at least 15 minutes they finally seated us at a tiny table set for one. Menu was far less varied than our last visit and mains were disappointing. Service friendly but not attentive. Rooms poorly insulated. Lots of ambient noise. We booked this hotel partly because of they ostensibly provide EV recharging. The system didn’t work. No offer to help. Just “did you try this or that? , We remember this hotel fondly from our last visit but seems as though though they need to rediscover their mojo. It is a lovely setting with lots of potential. In our case, unfortunately squandered. BTW breakfast was a circus and they were out of croissants.

Ein tolles Hotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, viel Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei, der Garten hinten ist sehr schön, das Spielzimmer für Kinder gut ausgestattet, Wellnessbereich angenehm

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was vor allem im Badezimmerbereich zu sehen war, leider hatten wir auch eins zur recht viel befahrenen Straße hin

Gemütlich und kulinarisch ein Highlight
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem denkmalgeschütztem Teil, in dem sich unser Zimmer befand. Der Blick rundum ist atemberaubend und der Park lädt zum verweilen und ruhen ein.
Es gibt ein Sternerestaurant sowie die hauseigene Gaststube, in welcher wir zu Abend gegessen haben. Köstliches Essen und das Frühstück ist grandios. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Teil, in dem die Rezeption ist vom Stil ganz anders als das Haupthaus. Das ist schade und dadurch wirkt es so als seien unterschiedliche Stile zusammen gewürfelt worden. Auch die Terrasse (neben der Rezeption) wirkt zu voll und könnte ansprechender gestaltet werden.
