Totul a fost ok
Firstly, all of the staff members were incredibly friendly and professional, which made our stay especially enjoyable. A special thank you to Sagar and Raj for taking such great care of us throughout our visit.
The room was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. All of the facilities - including the pool, pool bar, and restaurant - were well maintained, tidy, and welcoming.
The location was excellent, right in the center of Ayia Napa, with all of the clubs just a 5–10 minute walk away. The beautiful beaches were also easily accessible on foot.

It was quite clean.
Most of the guests staying at the hotel appeared to be from a younger age group, which created a rather lively atmosphere. The hotel was often quite noisy, especially around the pool area and during the evenings, with guests playing music and socializing loudly. As a result, I did not get the impression of a particularly relaxing environment.
At times, I also felt somewhat unsafe. In the evenings, I frequently encountered intoxicated guests either returning to or leaving the hotel. This was especially uncomfortable during my first night, when I was assigned a room in the basement level. Fortunately, after I requested a room change, the staff were very helpful and moved me to a room on the second floor, where I felt much more comfortable and secure.
Although breakfast was included in my stay, I did not attend because it ended at 10:00 a.m., which felt rather early for a vacation schedule.
The hotel was located approximately a 40-minute walk from the beach, or about 8 minutes by car.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura nei primi giorni di Maggio e l'unica cosa che ha deluso le nostre aspettative è stato il clima che purtroppo ha portato pioggia due giorni. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché abbiamo preferito godere la spiaggia con mare stupendo raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, quindi non posso valutare. Per il resto tutto stupendo dalla hall, al locale colazione, alla camera...tutto curato nei minimi particolari e con personale molto attento alle tue esigenze e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Per ultimo vorrei accennare alla posizione dell'hotel che inizialmente immaginavo più vicino al mare ma che poi abbiamo gradito perché più centrale e quindi ad un passo da "tutto". Ci tornerò per poter riscattare quegli ultimi due giorni di pioggia che ci hanno un pò rovinato il soggiorno.

J’ai été assez déçue de l’aspect intérieur de l’hôtel, nous avons rencontré un problème avec notre Clim, en entrant il y avait une odeur de renfermée assez forte et certaines prise de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas
