Tudo foi perfeito! A localização é excelente, os funcionários são extremamente educados, atenciosos e acolhedores. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muita qualidade e variedade.

Fui com minha cachorrinha Bella e fomos recebidas com muito carinho. Fui muito bem tratada e, com ela, o cuidado foi ainda mais especial! É muito bom encontrar um hotel que realmente acolhe os pets e faz com que eles também se sintam bem-vindos.

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa do início ao fim. O Windsor Marapendi está de parabéns por toda a estrutura, pelo atendimento e pelo carinho com seus hóspedes e seus companheiros de quatro patas. Com certeza, uma experiência que dá vontade de repetir!

Não faz jus ao conceito hotel de luxo. O atendimento é a base do encantamento - não adianta a excelência na infraestrutu

Do conforto do quarto e área da piscina.

Cons:

Desorganização e tempo em torno do check-in. Falta de estacionamento próprio e falta de comunicação quanto a cobrança a parte por este serviço. Formato da descrição do café da manhã no booking, que confunde sobre estar ou não incluído. Falta de conhecimento dos colaboradores em relação aos processos do hotel.

Pros:

O café da manhã é excepcional, a localização em frente a praia, elevadores de última geração bem rápidos, além de limpeza do hotel. A piscina no último andar tem uma vista belíssima da praia.

Cons:

Infelizmente, eu tive que enfrentar uma fila no Check-in de mais de 1 hora. Como sou pessoa com deficiência, não havia fila preferencial. Percebi também que há uma certa demora para a retirada das bandejas de comida que ficam no corredor em frente aos quartos.

Foi uma ótima estadia.
A equipe do hotel foi bem simpática e prestativa no atendimento.
Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos.
A região da piscina conta com uma vista bem bonita da praia.
A academia também é ótima.
O restaurante também tem ótimo café da manhã e jantar também.
Há também uma boa disponibilidade para conseguir táxis e Ubers quando sai do hotel.

Cons:

A localização não julgo ideal para quem vai a turismo na cidade a não ser que você vá fazer algo entorno da Barra.
São grandes deslocamentos com valor de transporte alto.

E outro ponto a melhorar são os preços praticados pela gestão do hotel, saliento que tem ótima estrutura e equipe, contudo os valores são altos mesmo para hoteis de mesmo padrão em outras regiões do país.
Deixo como exemplo a água de 350 ml custar R$ 12.10.
E os valores de buffet e outras opções do serviço chamarem a atenção pelo preço alto.

La atención del personal, limpieza y comida.

Cons:

La habitación tenía vista al mar y por eso más costosa, pero era muy pequeña. El baño también pequeño y no tenía bañadera. El servicio de spa insuficiente para un hotel de esa categoría.
