For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Boa Opção mas não pra um 5 estrela.
Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, bem localizado, uma otima vista e um café da manhã maravilhoso.
A Academia, sauda e area de cobertura é muito bonita.

Cons:

Na limpeza deixou a desejar, teve uma cerveja e copo sujo que ficou dois dias sem recolher, alem do prato do jantar que o pessoal também nao recolheu.
O Chuveiro era meio chato de regular, 1milimetro pro lado congelava, ja 1 milimetro pro outro lado dava queimadura de 3 grau.
O Controle da TV tb não funcionava.
Pedi um prato a noite e deixou a desejar pelo preço, o pessoal não acertou nem o ponto da carne.

Pros:

Fui para um evento no Riocentro e a localização do hotel é boa devido a isso. É bem perto da praia também, o que é ótimo.

Cons:

O hotel tem pinta de chique mas é bem decepcionante. O staff é profundamente mau humorado e não move um dedo para proporcionar uma estadia boa para os hóspedes. Fila para check in, fila para check out, fila para subir nos elevadores. O café da manhã tem muitas opções mas tudo de má qualidade, cheio de opções não saudáveis. Fruta verdes, café amargo. Toalhas duras no quarto, travesseiro mole, serviço de quarto ruim (não repõem frigobar).

Extremely inconvenient location, rude staff

Decent room.

Cons:

Location is very inconvenient extremely far from everything in Rio. There is literally nothing around the hotel. Staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. Everything was an issue: they wanted to charge me for a local phone call to a landline in the same city; had to pay a lot of money for a slightly early check-in; no tourist office or information; no iron in bedroom; wifi depended on a weird authentication system that would go down all the time; restaurant/bar closed extremely early; no international or USB power outlets (only brazilian)- they charged for adapters.

Poderia entregar mais pelo valor da diária.
Pros:

Estrutura externa ok mas o padrão dos quartos principalmente os que não ficam de frente para o mar fica a desejar.

Cons:

Faltou uma cafeteira no quarto ou uma chaleira.

Gran lugar, a metros de la playa. Limpio y precio lógico.
Pros:

Limpieza, desayuno óptimo y completo y silencio en el hotel y en la zona. Amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Volveré al Windsor Marapendi.

Cons:

Los ascensores son lentos y siempre tardan en venir y van parando, cual camión lechero, en todos los pisos. Las tarjetas (llaves) de acceso a las habitaciones se desmagnetizan siempre y hay que bajar a cambiarlas. Por más que no las pongamos cerca del teléfono móvil (nos lo advirtieron en el check-in), esto sucedía igual.

Cafe da Manha excelente, diversas opções à disposição, funcionários atentos aos hospedes o tempo todo, é só pensar em chamar alguém e ele ja esta na mesa :) adorei o atendimento, tudo muito limpo também, a vista espetacular do mar e localização estratégica na Barra.

Cons:

poderiam remover o carpete dos quartos, é péssimo para quem tem alergia , e da impressão que esta sujo porque todo mundo pisa e não da para remover para lavar. alem do mais RJ nao é frio a ponto de precisar de carpete no chão o ar condicionado ja supriria caso fizesse muito frio. mas nada que chegue a afetar os pontos fortes.
