O quarto era silencioso e o café da manhã muito bem servido.
O atendimento desse hotel é péssimo. Os funcionários parecem sempre estar de mau humor e parece que estão fazendo um grande favor em te atender. A atendente de limpeza do meu quarto deixava as amenities só quando ela queria, não tinha um padrão e chegou a deixar um sabonete SUJO no meu quarto. A atendente que fica na recepção do café da manhã tbm foi muito desagradável. O rapaz que fica na porta de entrada passava o tempo inteiro no celular e não via quem entrava... O hotel é lindo e confortável, mas o atendimento fez a minha experiência ser ruim. Existem outros hotéis na mesma calçada com melhores valores e atendimento.

O hotel é excelente: quarto espaçoso, limpeza bem feita e staff bem atencioso. A localização é excelente e o serviço de quarto é rápido e atencioso.
O balckout não é suficiente, os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores e senti falta de mais diversidade de queijos no café da manhã.
La habitacion muy buena, amplia y con todo lo que podes necesitar para pasar una excelente estadia en Rio de Janeiro. El personal muy amable, rapido el check in y el check out. Estuvimos 8 noches en total. Gran desayuno!
Lo unico que no me gusto fue la ubicacion pero fue culpa mia ya que sabia que estaba alejado de Praia de Pepe aunque igual lo elegi. El hotel esta muy bueno
