Amazing view with amazing food
Pros:

Amazing location, view of Schloss Neuschwanstein in the pool area!

The dinner is amazing with such a good price, must try the 3-Gänge Menü! Hauptgang und Nachspeise are impressive delicious!

I had Hirschbraten, the carrot so sweet and perfect cooked as well as the broccoli, pear and jam so tasty. I was so full after the Hauptgang but the dessert was just so good that you can never reject.

Cons:

Unser hochpreisiges DZ Deluxe war groß und gut ausgestattet, hatte aber keinen Seeblick, was wir in der Preisklasse erwartet hatten.
Wir wurden mit einer Einladung zum Abendessen entschädigt.

Ein Ort rundum zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen

Sehr schönes und gut geführtes Hotel. Top Wellnessbereich. Neu, großzügig und wunderschön angelegt. Liebe zum Detail bei der Ausstattung. Dem Hotel gelingt es Bereiche für Familien und Ruhesuchende zu schaffen, indem der Wellnessbereich erst ab 16 Jahre ist und dies auch eingehalten wird. Sehr gutes Essen. Schöne Teller und toller Service. Auch die Zimmer modern, neu und gemütlich ausgestattet. Großzügiges Frühstück. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir hier Urlaub machen.

Traumhafter Wellnessurlaub im Allgäu am Forggensee!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft im wunderschönen Allgäu war durchgehend sehr sauber und absolut gepflegt. Die Lage ist ideal und sehr nah am Forggensee. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der gepflegte Poolbereich mit direktem, traumhaftem Blick auf die Königsschlösser.Das Personal war immer sehr höflich, extrem aufmerksam und hat mir bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig – es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich war für mich sehr erholsam mit einer tollen Auswahl von 4 Saunen (90-Grad-Sauna, 60-Grad-Biosauna, Infrarot und Dampfsauna). Ich habe mich alleine rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Pros:

Balkonzimmer war groß und schön mit Blick auf den See.
Leider ist der Balkon in Richtung einer stark befahrenen Straße, was aber zu verkraften ist.
der Saunabereich schön und mit dem Pool zu genießen.
Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auch der Chef des Hauses ist immer im Einsatz.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.

Das Hotel hat kein Verständnis für Gäste, die in eine Notlage gekommen sind. Schade, schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Außenanlage waren sehr schön. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Der Pool war super.

Cons:

Wir mussten unseren Urlaub um einen Tag verkürzen, weil wir speziell bei Pflege eines Angehörigen früher heimfahren mussten. Dies teilten wir dem Hotel Management eine Woche zuvor mit. Nach etlichen EMails ans Hotel wurde uns sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht ginge und dafür kein Verständnis da war. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass wir unser zu viel gezahltes Geld von 220 € nicht zurück bekamen. Ein menschlich agierender Geschäftsführer hätte doch dem Gast entgegen kommen können, aber nein, sie stellen sich stur und Geldgierig. Das wirft ein schlechtes Bild auf die Chefetage!
