Excellent location. Helpful staff and lovely hotel.
The room was clean and the view is beautiful. The screen door slider kept breaking, and the bathroom faucet sprayed all over the place. We enjoyed the tavern and the staff was wonderful.
Never again. Im adding this to my original review because it wouldn't allow me to take photos. We stayed here many yrs and this was the first year the room smelled moldy, toilet kept running and to top it off when I got home I developed very itchy bites on me. Went to dermatologist and was told it was bedbugs. Im horrified. Im praying we didnt bring any home with us. Time will tell. We were in room 206. I notified the front desk and of course the gentleman said they've never had bedbugs. We'll I didnt have them before we left our home. But we have them now.
Location, location, location! Absolutely beautiful spot on the beach. Easy parking. Many stores to explore on foot. York Zoo is a 3 minute walk away. Room was perfectly positioned for ocean viewing. Amazing deck to look onto the beach. From. Highly recommended.
We attended a wedding at the Union Bluff Hotel. the venue was great, ceremony took place on the lawn overlooking the ocean. The ballroom was a perfect place to have a wedding. Plenty of space for dancing and mingling.
Our room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, check-in was on line and user friendly. The staff in the hotel lobby were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast menu had a variety of choices. All at good value.

Very nice day, the buildings are older style, but have been updated very nicely. Nice sandy beach right across the road Adirondack chairs for hotel guest set up on lawn with a great view of the ocean. Lots of little shops right on local streets.

The room was immaculate. Comfy beds and everything was immaculate.
We were booked on the third floor of the second building with no elevator. The women on the desk immediately insisted on carrying our bags up for us.
We had a nice view of the cove.
The price was reasonable. Great stay!

Right in the ocean, great views
Hot water went out for the entire day in Sat, we were there for a wedding so very cold to try to get ready. The hotel did not reimburse or give us any compensation for the inconvenience other than “sorry, we are working on it”
Great Place great service. We went there for a wedding and it was beautiful and everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest. We are a family of five adults and got the double room with a sofa bed and it fit everybody! Great view!
