A medence és a környezete tiszta.

Cons:

Sótlan, kommersz ételek kis választéka volt. Kopogás nélkül kártyával bejött 2 férfi, akik nem a takarítók voltak. A széf nem volt rögzített, nem nyílt. A parton figyelni kell a táskát, nem éreztem magam biztonságban. Ragadt minden a kosztól. Eljöttem, nem ajánlom.

Pros:

J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel de la réception est très gentil, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. L’ambiance est superbe, très animée aussi bien la journée que le soir. Le bar all inclusive ouvert 24h/24 est un vrai plus. Les deux piscines et le magnifique aquapark rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. L’hôtel convient parfaitement aux voyageurs seuls, aux couples ainsi qu’aux familles avec enfants. Il y a également plusieurs bus gratuits pour aller à Naama Bay et à la plage. J’ai passé un moment inoubliable et j’aurais vraiment aimé prolonger mon séjour.

Panorama Naama на самом деле не отель, а целый отельный комплекс. Понравилось все. Расположен он действительно далековато от моря, но у отеля свой пляж и бесплатный трансфер к пляжу и в центр города. И в отельном комплексе предусмотрено все для комфортного отдыха и взрослых и детей, нам был важен аквапарк для младшего, при выборе отеля именно этому мы и отдали предпочтение. Не прогадали. Вернемся еще)

Otele sabah 6da vardık.Mina bize çok yardımcı oldu ve odaya sabah 6da ücretsiz bir şekilde giriş yapabildik.Odamızı standart odadan deluxe odaya yükselttiler ve oda gerçekten muazzamdı.Çok konforluydu.Otelin havuzu ve aquaparkı mevcut.Biz kullanmadık ama gayet güzel görünüyordu.Konum olarak çoğu yere taksiyle 10/15 dakikada vardık.Biz gayet memnun kaldık.Mina gerçekten çok ilgilendi.Çıkış yapacağımız gün otobüsümüz gece 11deydi ve mina odayı akşam 8e kadar kullanabilceğimizi söyledi.Çok nazik ve güzel bir davranıştı.Oda temizliği çok güzeldi bunun için housekeeping ahmede çok teşekkür ederiz.Her gün odamıza su servisi yapıldı.Meyve tabağı ikramı yapıldı.Gerçekten çok memnun kaldığımız ve tekrar gitmek istediğimiz bir otel.Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Biz kahvaltı dahil almıştık.Kahvaltıdaki hiç bir şeyi yiyemedik malesef damak zevkimize uymadı.Süt ve nesquik ile doymaya çalıştık.

Très bon hôtel niveau rapport qualité prix, seul le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de nos attentes en temps que français qui avons l'habitude à d'excellentes pâtisseries.
Merci à Ahmed l'homme de chambre pour son rangement et ses figurines en serviettes, il est très gentil. Tout le monde est accueillant

Pros:

My stay was excellent from start to finish, Kerolos from front desk made everything seamless and even upgraded my room which was much appreciated. The room was clean and king size bed was comfortable the balcony was a huge plus overlooking the pool area. The housekeeping team was great always checked in to see if I needed anything. Overall the staff are fantastic alway smiling and interacting with guests they speak a variety of languages so that wasn’t a barrier ( English , Arabic , Russian German, Italian ,Turkish ) . The restaurant on site was also excellent they had a good rotation of food and dessert’s so you don’t get bored of eating the same thing . Everything was wonderful I even extended to stay another 3 days ! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean , comfortable and affordable place to spend with the family . Thank you Panorama Naama Heights for a memorable stay.
