Excelente hotel
Pros:

Inmejorable ubicación y la habitación excelente, el personal de recepción siempre fue muy amable.

Cons:

El ruido que hay en la noche puede ser excesivo dependiendo de las fechas. Nos tocó una noche en la que México ganó un partido del mundial y los festejos se prolongaron hasta el amanecer.

Yo no lo había solicitado pero cuando pregunté no pudieron ofrecerme opciones para refrigerar un medicamento.

La posición inmejorable, el personal amable, el cuarto está muy bien

Cons:

El edificio esta viejo, las conexiones de la luz a veces no estan en buenas condiciones, almohadas no tan comodas, tuve habitación hacia el balcon y si hay mucho ruido

Me gustó la habitación y su aroma y comodidad

Cons:

No servía la tele, no dejaron cobijas extras e hizo mucho frío , no nos llevaron hasta la habitación y nos perdimos entre tanta escalera, en la mañana un ruidazo del personal desde las 7am

Hotel del terror
Cons:

Recibimos una llamada de extorsión y tenían mis datos de número de habitación fechas de entrada y de salida y ésa información solo la tenía el hotel ( conclusión ellos son participes de la extorsión)
