Trendy Eclectic Hotel in Basel
Pros:

Room was quiet, bed was comfy and love the aesthetic of the hotel .. very trendy and unique, many very unusual touches throughout. Located downtown, close to old city (8 minute walk), very busy area, but room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Locating the "hotel entrance" proved very difficult, it is located in a narrow side alley, no entrance on street side. Bartender saw me walking back and forth, finally let me in an employee door and showed me to the reception desk. Parking .... oh my, if you have a car and reserve a parking spot with the hotel, you need to obtain an entry card key before entering the underground parking ... the underground entrance is BEFORE the hotel, you cannot enter first time without a card. Upon leaving the property, the parking garage door would not open, we had to call reception desk and ask to have them open the door, luckily had cell service as it is all underground.

Pros:

Industrial Design ist modern und sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist freundlich und reagiert schnell. Im Restaurant gibt es auch Gesellschaftsspiele. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig. Die Tür zum WC schliesst ungenügend. Die Teeküche auf dem Gang ist zwar eine nette Idee, liegt aber direkt vor der Tür zur Junior Suite. Wenn jemand sich nachts oder frühmorgens dort bedient, hört man das sehr deutlich.

An ambitious design hotel that makes bare concrete surfaces highly liveable as well as beautiful.

Fantastic hotel in Basel
Pros:

Friendly staff was very welcoming and helpful. The little details throughout the hotel were appreciated - coffee and tea on every floor, a swimming bag for the river in every room, a handwritten welcome on the mirror. Great ambiance following a clear theme.

Cons:

Would have appreciated more fruit and vegetables at breakfast. Scrambled egg machine was a hit, though.

Heerlijk verblijf in centrum Basel
Pros:

Nomad is prachtig hotel, met zeer veel zorg ingericht- mooie materialen, stoffen etc. Door en door schoon. Goede bedden.
Aardig behulpzaam personeel, gratis Bromptons te gebruiken, en lekker restaurant en bibliotheek beneden.

Cons:

Enige punt in mijn kamer is dat raam alleen op kiepstand mocht. Dus qua ventilatie niet top, maar in oktober net te doen.

10/10 – Einfach perfekt!

Perfekte Lage in Basel, alles tadellos sauber und die Zimmer sind super stylisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Personal überaus nett und aufmerksam. Ein weiteres echtes Highlight ist das sehr gute Restaurant. Wenn wir wieder in Basel sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es hat alles gepasst.
