Pros:

La atención de la recepcionista y su disposición para otorgarme una habitación con la mejor vista (a la piscina) antes de la hora del check in y la atención, actitud y disposición de la camarista en la limpieza de la habitación. Importante mencionar que por olvido dejé mi cadena de oro con dije en el baño y la camarista me la dejó en la mesita de la TV muy amablemente. Muchas gracias por todo!

Desde el principio hasta el final, realmente fueron amables, la chica de la mañana nos contacto por whatsapp para conocer mas detalles y si requeriamos algo antes de llegar, realmente fue algo super lindo de su parte, el chico de la tarde tambien super amable y agradable.
Me encanto la atencion que nos dieron y estamos seguras que vamos a regresar !
Tambien felicitaciones a la chica de limpieza, siempre fue atenta, acomodaba la cama de forma maravillosa y comoda! Realmente hicieron que nuestro paseo por merida fuera especial !
***Nota: Es un pequeño detalle pero tambien hizo que fuera maravilloso, EL ACCESO AL AGUA ! nosotras, que venimos de la CDMX, realmente adaptarnos al clima fue muy duro, y poder tener un garrafon cerca del cuarto, sinceramente es un gran diferenciador ! Fue el unico hotel al que fuimos que tenian ese detalle, y bueno, realmente cambia mucho las cosas.

La ubicación esta buena, esta cerca de todos los principales lugares y esta bien para movilizarse.

Cons:

las habitaciones no tienen casi iluminacion natural, el desayuno no es propiamente en el hotel es a unas 3 cuadras y toca caminar con un ticket, no hay variedad.
