Einfach, aber gut
Pros:

Der Standort ist gut, wir haben auch immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gefunden.
Alles war sauber.

Cons:

Die Klappcouch ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, sollte bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden.
Die Klimaanlage vom Erdgeschoss brummt deutlich hörbar.

Nagyon hangulatos szobát kaptunk, a legjobb szallasunk volt a 4-bol a délkelet-szicíliai nyaralásunk alatt.
Pros:

Zseniális kiáltásunk volt a ferences kolostorra és a San Bartolomeo templomra. 70’es évek beli stílusban van felújítva, a zuhany és az erkély is hatalmas. Viszont mivel több apartmanjuk van ezért lutri melyik szobát adják, ezért javasolt a korai check-in, amíg választani lehet.

Cons:

A wi-fi szinte nem létező volt. Egyszer találta meg a gépem a 2 nap alatt, a telefon egyszer sem. A legkondi sem úgy működött ahogy mi akartuk, de lehet mi voltunk ügyetlenek.

Una idea innovativa quella dell'albergo diffuso e vincente, bravi! Ottima l'accoglienza, molto esauriente nelle spiegazioni e nella professionalita'. Buonissima la colazione "centralizzata" nel palazzo d'epoca. La signora che la gestisce cucina divinamente e ti fa viaggiare nei sapori della cucina siciliana. La granita con la menta una delicatezza sopraffina. Appartamento molto grande e bello, super pulito e centrale rispetto al centro storico.

Cons:

Efficienza dell'aria condizionata da migliorare, non e' proporzionata alle dimensioni della camera.

Ideale per famiglie, molto spaziosa e in pieno centro
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, centrale, ma appena al di fuori della ztl, quindi comodo da raggiungere. I parcheggi sulla via non erano più disponibili, ma abbiamo trovato posto (a pagamento) in una piazza vicino.
La camera è molto ampia, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort.
La struttura mette anche a disposizione una cucina e un saloncino, molto utile per i soggiorni più lunghi. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano bar, ristoranti e supermercati.
Comunicazione ottima e accoglienza di persona, ampiamente apprezzata.

Grande disponibilità al momento del check in a fornire indicazioni e consigli sui luoghi da visitare, iniziative locali, ristoranti ecc.
Camera molto spaziosa e pulita.
Inoltre, valuto molto positivamente l’idea di albergo diffuso, perché consente di recuperare e riutilizzare edifici nei centri storici nel rispetto del contesto, offrendo inoltre ai clienti la possibilità di vivere più pienamente l’atmosfera del luogo

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra camera era posta sopra un mini market, che al mattino causava un po’ di disturbo dovuto allo scarico merci.
