Great room and staff were friendly, no room service but was able to get food from the bar and take it to my room
No room service available at all, left my charger in the room and even though I called to confirm they had and would keep it for me until the following week when I returned in the safe the member of staff when I returned could not locate it.

客房洗澡其中有几日没有热水 他们说安排了维护人员并提供了临时的解决方案 但这确实对我造成了不便
酒店应该考虑是否提供午餐 而不是早餐和晚餐

Plenty of parking, easy polite check in, comfortable bed and clean facilities. Breakfast also had a good selection and was a good way to start the day!
Location was good, loads of parking, room very comfy, good shower, iron in room, portable fan in room, good quality tea/coffee in room, very good choice at breakfast, games room, small bucket of ice from bar to help keep drinka cool wqs no trouble
Room was warm due to hot outside temp and not air conditioned, but at least there was a portable fan. Small fridge would have been handy to help keep drinks etc cool. Neither of these were a big deal, just little things that could have made the stay exceptional.
The rooms were very nice
There was only 10 people staying in the hotel and we was next door to a couple who decided to party to the early morning
The waiter/ waitress not sure what sex was rude and had no customer skills , it wasn't a nice experience
Room was comfortable but the toilet had a design flaw. The toilet roll holder was positioned so that you knocked it off onto the floor every time you sat down. Basic design error.
Most of the staff were professional and courteous with the exception of the young girl bar staff who pulled a sour face when I returned the clearly burned steak to ask the chef to have another go at getting it right. Not a smile passed her lips all night. However she was very young and no doubt at the early stages of her hospitality career.
Lovely hotel well kept , nice surroundings . Room was very comfortable as was the bed .
The breakfast was varied well presented and vey nice .
The location in beautiful surroundings, only a 20 minute walk to town, plenty of choice at breakfast, staff very welcoming, room very nice, bathroom spacious and clean
My only grudge is that a small fridge in the room would have been very welcome. The water was warm and couldn't store cold drinks
The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. It was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the evening. Breakfast was good and again the staff were lovely. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be using your hotel again. Thank you

A bit corporate and location a bit too far for us to walk to town
Nice hotel with good bar etc. No air con but there was a fan which was helpful. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal was also good although the menu was very limited.
Staff were disinterested. Pleasant enough but even on checking in, the receptionist did not tell us where our room was, when or where breakfast as etc. And when we asked for food at the bar, the bartender was disinterested.
