The Indian restaurant and Sky Bar are very good. The views from a river front room are excellent.
The rooms are outdated and shabby
Loved the staff, the rooms, the food, the safe route of access to the O2
Nothing to say here
Ideal to avoid the crowds when leaving the 02. Fabulous hotel with excellent attentive, customer focused staff. Pool & Spa facilities lovely and relaxing. Would thoroughly recommend.
Unfortunately there was a very large contingent of ballroom competitors sraying at the hotel taking part in a competition. This meant that facilities such as bars and restaurants were exceptionally busy. Whilst the hotel did well to provide high standards of service, seating and service was impacted. In addition the sheer volume of individuals together were very noisy in communal areas only. No noise in rooms.
The ease of getting to O2 Arena , just 5 mins walk from hotel , breakfast was very good
The room was not very clean , we had a suite which had a little kitchen area with an oven that had cleaner all over it and not rinsed off and the bathroom mirror had hand prints on it
Our rpom was in tge old Arora building next to the hotel so was a long way to the main part and restaurants and bars, also room overlooked a building site with just a side view of the river ,a bit disappointing when it cost over £500 for a one night stay!
Great choice and of high quality
Location excellent for o2 arena. Lovely airy hotel and fantastic air conditioning in rooms. Very comfortable.
We arrived very early for check in - would have been nice to be offered somewhere to sit and buy a coffee or a drink.
Very handy for the O2, the staff were excellent & friendly, and everything was clean.
Breakfast very good. Top floor bar lovely. Nice pool.
Quite expensive
