Extraordinary hotel with exceptional staff and service
Pros:

Excellent location. Exceptional customer service. Staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and of very high quality. The hotel room was lovely with an excellent view over the River Thames.. Bed was very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend Intercontinental London.

Cons:

Lack of available lifts. At busy times, for example, after an event or when large groups are checking out or convening in the lobby, it becomes difficult to get a lift. During our three night stay, we encountered this issue twice. Staff did their best to help relieve the situation. It was the sheer volume of people wanting to use the lifts at the same time.
Some plug sockets in the room would not accept normal pin plugs. I had taken my own hair straighteners to use, and several of the sockets would not accept the plug.

Excellent stay at the O2 Intercontinental.
Pros:

The hotel was ideally placed for the O2 concert we attended.
The rooms were very comfortable.
All staff were super friendly and happy to help.
Breakfast was very good with a great selection.
