Exceptional Stay - Worth The Money
Pros:

Absolutely everything was beyond my expectations, staff, facilities, location, just everything went above and beyond. Great value for money and truly a height of luxury accommodation!

Cons:

Im only putting this on there as I struggled to find a negative about this place but the shower heads in the room werent cleaned and were covered in light limescale so I used the bath instead. No massive problem, but a slight issue none the less.

Great for Visiting the O2
Pros:

Amazing location for seeing a concert at the o2, really helped make our night even more perfect. Breakfast room service was great, staff on reception great and we got a free upgrade at check in!

Enjoyed the stay but the room is not disabled friendly
Pros:

I liked the size of the room and how comfortable the bed was. The best was the view it was amazing.

Cons:

As a disabled person I felt that the bathroom was not disabled friendly. I also felt that the gift shop is on the expensive side

Pros:

It was convenient, for when we went to the O2.
The view of the river was lovely.

Cons:

When we arrived to check in the guy at the deck wasn't very welcomeing......we felt the atmosphere wasn't very welcomeing, In our room the cup I used was dirty, The milks you use there , one already used.
The bed was an old mattress with toppers...We went down for breakfast in the morning, The food was awful. For a 5* hotel we really did expect more.

Ideal location but overpriced
Pros:

The location is great next to the O2, it’s a lovely design and well looked after.

Cons:

The cost is well overpriced, and the parking being £52 to park your car on some tarmac is atrocious. Especially when you’re paying nearly £400 for a bed as no breakfast is included. We’ve stayed a few times and we used to pay £200ish a night and £20 parking for concert nights so the inflation is ridiculous. We also found our room didn’t smell that great it was kinda musty smelling.

Disappointing Room Lovely Breakfast
Pros:

Impeccable service, great location and lovely breakfast. Nice big bathrooms and super toiletries by Byredo. Good supply of water, tea and coffee. Spa looked very inviting but was closed on the day of our stay.

Cons:

We booked a two room apartment suite for a really special treat for my daughter which promised 5* luxury and comfort. We have stayed in many 5 and 7* hotels all over the world , so our expectations were at a certain level. What we got was a slightly depressing corporate style ground floor apartment overlooking the car park, which was in another building entirely from the main hotel, and reached by a soulless corridor. The balcony had a dead bolt on it which we had to request to be removed after signing some sort of waiver. No balcony furniture. Furnishings were nice but felt out of place on the horrible cheap looking floor and basic doors. Room was uncomfortably hot in the night. There was a kitchen, but no knives for food prep; safety gone a bit mad. Windows were streaked and blurry with cheap blinds in the bedrooms. It did not feel at all luxurious or welcoming; in fact disappointing given the cost and what our expectations were.
