Нас встретили очень приветливо. Заселили раньше назначенного времени без проблем. Номер очень просторный и красивый. Все достаточно новое. Потрясающий вид из окна. Идеальная уборка номера. Белоснежные, пушистые полотенца. Удобная кровать.Дорогая косметика в ванной. Любые просьбы и вопросы персонал решал быстро. Отдельное спасибо консьержу по имени Ivan, потрясающий человек!
Завтрак был пожалуй лучшим, из всех отелей в которых мы когда-либо останавливались. Обеды и ужины тоже были великолепны. Мы не ожидали такого уровня ресторана.

Overall a great stay albeit a little pricey
Pros:

Great location for the show we saw at the O2 and lovely pool, sauna and steam room facilities

Cons:

Check-in took a while and I do not feel the £100 deposit is necessary when I had already paid over £300 for 1 night!

Pros:

The location was perfect (we were going to see Mama Mia next door at the arena), as were the views and facilities. The breakfast was also great and the room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A couple in our group drove to the hotel and it would therefore have been helpful to have been able to pre-book parking. There was no space left when they arrived.

Pros:

Lovely clean rooms - fast check-in. Breakfast is the best you can get - real orange juice!! What a treat.
