It's gorgeous , clean and feels luxurious .staff are so helpful and attentive ..bed is huge and comfy ..location is amazing for o2 and easy for central London..

Good hotel, comminication disappointing.

The rooms and location are very good.

Cons:

To message on booking.com is a one way thing. The reception at the hotel never respond. I have stayed at this hotel many times due to itals location but the communication with questions to the hotel always go unanswered.

Fantastic location, great hotel, my new favourite place to stay.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the 02. There is an access link to get you to the 02 quicker within the hotel, which is very handy when you are running late.
The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. The mattress is very soft however I had a great nights sleep. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath which is very unusual, much appreciated though.
The breakfast is great lots of choice both hot and cold, served buffet style. Use of the hotel spa facilities is incuded in your stay, treatments are extra.

Cons:

The coffee and tea tray has all you need, however the biscuits are the smallest I have ever seen.

Great staying in London and seeing a show at the 02 Arena
Pros:

Ideal for our show at 02. Beds were wonderful and had a very good sleep. Lovely view but unable to use Balcony

Cons:

We needed to phone a friend in the Hotel and found our phone was dead so not working. There was trouble with the plumbing in the main bathroom, obviously a blockage affecting the toilet and shower. Everything for the kitchen but only 2 teabags when we arrived (4 of us) and no tea towels although there was washing up liquid supplied. Our included dinner was for an Indian meal which for 1 of our party was no good and opened at 6.30 which was too late for us anyway, so we had to eat in the brasserie with a much cheaper meal on offer it would have been nice to have had like for like, the Indian meal value £110 pp our meal £48 pp. Breakfast was very good but because of a very large convention being held it was so very very busy which made the guests staying there for pleasure very rushed and not at all relaxing.

Lovely apartment, and straight through to the 02 , very helpful staff

Cons:

Freezer in apartment all frozen with ice, making it partly unusable. Would of expected totally clean

Fantastic Stay, have booked again, ideal location for the O2 Arena.
Pros:

We liked it all, room, staff, breakfast it was all lovely.

Cons:

Not being able to book the parking at time of reservation - I have a disability care and the car park is first come first serve basis.
