L’emplacement était pas mal

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre : il y avait encore des cheveux et des saletés sur le sol. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais la seconde était dans un état similaire.

Les couloirs étaient également sales, ce qui donne une très mauvaise première impression.

La salle de sport est très médiocre, avec peu d’équipements et une odeur désagréable.

Enfin, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas : il s’arrêtait au bout de deux secondes d’utilisation.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un tout autre niveau de qualité. Cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas sa classification.

Voor een 4 sterren hotel zou de hygiëne beter kunnen.
Zwembad niet durven gebruiken doordat er niemand met een bikini zwom.

Prima hotel met een goed formaat zwembad en vriendelijke bediening, ik was wat vergeten in de hotelkamer. Voordat ze mijn bookingbericht erover hadden gezien kreeg ik al een whatsappfoto opgestuurd en kon ik hem laten opsturen naar mijn nieuwe hotel. Personeel dus niks op aan te merken.

Cons:

Helaas viel het restaurant wat tegen, en zoals op veel plekken op java word je in de ochtend wakker gemaakt door een moskee, iets meer geluidsdemping zou fijn zijn.

Mooi hotel met luxueuze uitstraling. Goed ontbijt met name gericht op Aziaten. Toch voor ons Nederlanders ook prima keuze.
Tijdens ons verblijf had mijn man een ongeluk en hadden we zwachtels nodig. Dit was niet aanwezig maar werd direct door de receptie besteld bij de apotheek en binnen 20 min afgeleverd bij het hotel. Nee kennen ze niet en ze zijn zeer behulpzaam. Ook perfecte snelle laundry service. Goede uitvalsbasis ook voor Bromo of Ijen

Wel een lobby waar we konden zitten
Als je geluk had en zin had in een biertje kon je Bintang krijgen, maar kan ook zomaar niet op voorraad zijn. Geldt voor veel dingen op de kaart, staan allerlei frisdranken op maar er is alleen Cola. Niet alleen in dit hotel, maar dit maken we tijdens de gehele reis al mee
