Cons:

Giardino, piscina ed alcune parti comuni molto trascurate. Nella spa praticamente non funzionava nulla. Peccato perchè la lobby ed altre parti raccontano le potenzialità che questa struttura potrebbe avere.

Great stay at Ijen Suites
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was lovely. Restaurant food was good.

Cons:

Pool was a bit chilly.

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, et la piscine spacieuse (un peu froide)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, tout est froid le poulet les œufs, je ne l’ai pas trouvé qualitatif pour un 4 étoiles

A great hotel, but not for swimmers.
Pros:

The view was beautiful. But to get a picture we had to open the windows on the observation deck. When it was clear, we could see Mt. Bromo, Mt. Kawi, and the city of Malang. We enjoyed the breakfasts.

Cons:

The solarium was toast hot, and the view was unclear until I learned that the window could be opened. Mosquitos seemed to love us here. Also, the mosques were super loud here. The echoed in the city from all sides and there was no resting during prayer times. The pool area was beautiful, but the water was freezing, even for someone from a colder climate!
