Great rooms , terrible breakfast
Pros:

Great location,quirky furniture comfy bed

Cons:

Weird smell (room 6) temperamental shower. Breakfast to be avoided at all costs.

Cons:

Location about 20 mins walk to centre. Needs tlc, could be really nice, got potential. Fan in bathroom on for ages. Can't fill kettle dies go under tap have to fill cup up and pour in kettle, plug near floor to connect. Stayed in room 5, Self check in and out. Would be nice to offer a breakfast like fruit cereal in the room in the fridge.

Wonderful night in Liverpool
Pros:

Ann was lovely to talk to and gave me tips about the city. We enjoyed the hotel. It was luxurious and a very beautiful property. My deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and plentyful and the location was so close to everything was walked the whole time we stayed.

Cons:

If Paul McCartney visited us!

difficulty getting in. Had to phone assistance. Attic room, up a great number of steep stairs, very noisy with traffic throughout the night. Breakfast very unappealing and would not recommend. pl

Disappointing in the extreme

Location was good

Cons:

The room was in a poor state of repair. I reported the shower riser broken and soap dish. I was promised this would be tended to - it wasn’t. We had no room service at all on the Friday - no tea, coffee, bins emptied or fresh towels and toilet paper! The carpet was in an appalling condition and the general decor was tired. Not good value for what we paid - a deluxe apartment!
We would never stay in that establishment again and the basement kitchen was a health hazard! Breakfast included? - it wasn’t!

Great for price
Pros:

Easy access to hotel very large room bed, very comfy bed, quirky down a couple of steps dressing table and large bathroom.

Cons:

A little tied dated needs attention but for price ok I suppose ! Shower could do with a better clean around the silver tray part that was disgusting use a tooth brush to clean thats easy to do ? Fridge had to be turned off at night to noisy

It was ok
Pros:

The location was ok as it was in a quiet area and close to the bus stops.

Cons:

The room was clean but the tv didn’t work and it was a bit outdated. The curtains were not properly on the rails and the wash basin took ages to Empty.
