Super hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel familial.
Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et serviable. On nous a accompagné dans un garage privé pour garer notre voiture pour que ce soit plus facile pour nous et on nous a aidé à porter nos bagages. On nous a aussi imprimé nos billets pour le Machu Pichu. Ils sont toujours aux petits soins. Adorables!
Les chambres sont très propres et on dispose de 2 serviettes de toilette par personne. La literie est très confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et copieux. Goutez les délicieux pancakes maisons.
La terrasse offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la citadelle inca et le patio est tres joli et agréable.
Enfin, le quartier est aussi très sympa et vous êtes à 2 pas de la plaza de armas, le cœur de la très jolie ville d'Ollantaytambo.
Je vous recommande très vivement cet hôtel !!

Pros:

Cute, cozy hotel that felt like home! We stayed there for 3 nights.
Gabriel and Eliana were amazing hosts, so hospitable and caring. They gave us a room with a view even though our original booking didn't include one. They also helped us by booking transportation and tours for us at a great price. When I was not feeling well, they gave us tea and offered to give me medication if needed.
The hotel is very cute, clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace is impressive, with Ollantaytambo's Incan ruins in plain sight. The breakfast is great and healthy!
The location of the hotel is amazing, situated in the cobble streets of Ollantaytambo and very close to the main square.
We are grateful for the hospitality and we totally recommend this place!

tudo perfeito!
Pros:

Foi tudo perfeito! Desde o atendimento e cordialidae da equipe, comunicação antes da chegada ao hotel, café da manhã, comodidade dos quartos. Guardaram nossas malas sem custo enquanto estivemos na trilha e fizeram uma lanchinho para o nosso grupo pois saímos para o passeio antes do horário do café da manhã. O visual do terraço é deslumbrante! Voltaria a me hospedar sem a menor dúvida!

Excelente estancia y ubicación en Ollantaytambo
Pros:

Me encantó lo organizados, el personal tan atento y amable para ayudarte con la reserva y brindarte información oportuna sobre contactos de turismo de la zona. Muy buenas opciones de desayuno, las camas cómodas y por el frío que hacía en las noches nos dieron otras cobijas.

Cons:

No tengo quejas, nos atendieron muy bien a mi padre y a mí.

Uma excelente escolha em Ollantaytambo
Pros:

O terraço, as acomodações e o serviço/atendimento, com destaque para o Gabriel, que nos ajudou do início ao fim, inclusive nos recomendou um torito até o trem, assim como um táxi privado para fazer o passeio do Vale Sagrado.

Cons:

A acústica poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nosso sono. No geral, achamos o lugar muito tranquilo.

Nice comfortable stay
Pros:

This small hotel is kept neat, clean and tidy. Since it is a small hotel, it has only a few staff members. They were helpful. Reaching the hotel by taxi was a little hard as one had to climb steps from car park. Once at the hotel, there is another shorter way to reach the square. This is quite manageable. I had a comfortable stay. Since this place gets cold, the hotel had kept good quality blankets in the room. The hot water in the bathroom worked 24x7. Breakfast had a very nice spread for a small hotel. The hotel was also kind to organise a taxi service for me from Cusco to Hotel and back from hotel to Cusco.

Cons:

Walking up the steps from Taxi stand to the hotel on arrival. After this 1st walk, it was OK as the hotel had an easier way from hotel to the square.
