Uma excelente escolha em Ollantaytambo
Pros:

O terraço, as acomodações e o serviço/atendimento, com destaque para o Gabriel, que nos ajudou do início ao fim, inclusive nos recomendou um torito até o trem, assim como um táxi privado para fazer o passeio do Vale Sagrado.

Cons:

A acústica poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nosso sono. No geral, achamos o lugar muito tranquilo.

Nice comfortable stay
Pros:

This small hotel is kept neat, clean and tidy. Since it is a small hotel, it has only a few staff members. They were helpful. Reaching the hotel by taxi was a little hard as one had to climb steps from car park. Once at the hotel, there is another shorter way to reach the square. This is quite manageable. I had a comfortable stay. Since this place gets cold, the hotel had kept good quality blankets in the room. The hot water in the bathroom worked 24x7. Breakfast had a very nice spread for a small hotel. The hotel was also kind to organise a taxi service for me from Cusco to Hotel and back from hotel to Cusco.

Cons:

Walking up the steps from Taxi stand to the hotel on arrival. After this 1st walk, it was OK as the hotel had an easier way from hotel to the square.

Narrow cobbled street meant it was quite difficult to carry luggage from main square.

Amazing views & great historic location
Pros:

We loved our room and the scenic patio! We had a view of the the ruins in town, it was awesome! Our room also had a surprise screened in patio with view of ollantaytambo ruins! Hotel is right in the middle of the historic walking area which is great with close by restaurants and shops. Square & train station are a close by walk. Staff was friendly & helpful!

Cons:

Room could use some more wall hooks or spots to put suitcases. You have to leave your key on the table every time you leave the hotel, which I didn’t like the idea of our room key sitting on a table all day (felt like anyone could grab & go in your room) . I was fine though as there is staff around 24 hrs. I would rethink this policy though!

Perfect place to stay in Ollantaytambo

Everything - wonderful owners and staff, great comfortable room, perfect location, solid value, nice breakfast, beautiful interior garden and a rooftop view of the ruins. Our second time here and we’ll definitely be back!

Staff are amazing! We had a lot of luggage and they helped with it all. They room was clean, really appreciate the thick blankets too. The washroom was very good - hot water and shower pressure was to our liking. The breakfast needs a special mention because it was wonderful! Those tiny pancakes were delicious! They also have supplies you can buy for very reasonable prices at the front desk. We got 2.5 L of water for 4 sol. They stored our bags for a day while we went to Machu Picchu.

Pros:

Excelente desayuno con opciones muy buenas, el personal es amable, nos ayudaron a coordinar un tour para el Valle Sagrado el cual disfrutamos mucho, estaban pendientes de nosotros. Es una opción excelente, sin duda volvería y los recomendaría. ¡La vista es lindísima!

Alojamiento espectacular.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las vistas a las ruinas históricas y la ubicación del hotel, muy cerca de la plaza. Los espacios dentro del hotel eran muy cómodos e invitaban a pasar el tiempo. El desayuno era completo. El personal es amable y atento, sobre todo Gabriel que nos asesoró muy bien.
El día que fuimos a machu picchu temprano nos armaron una vianda para nosotros, lo cual nos vino muy bien para afrontar el día largo.

Cons:

Estuvo todo implacable.El único detalle a mencionar es la falta de enchufe cerca de la cama.

Pros:

Nossa estadia no Intitambo Hotel foi excelente!
Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, dedicados e profissionais — em especial o Gustavo, que nos deu toda a assistência com muita gentileza e cuidado durante toda a estadia.
O café da manhã também merece destaque, com frutas sempre fresquinhas e um café muito gostoso.
Hotel muito bem localizado, acolhedor e com atendimento impecável. Recomendo com certeza!

Cons:

Para chegar no hotel, o carro não consegue entrar até a porta por causa das ruas de pedra, sendo necessário subir uma pequena escada. No início isso pode assustar um pouco, especialmente com malas, mas depois a gente se acostuma e percebe que faz parte do charme histórico de Ollantaytambo.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Wonderful stay! Beautiful view from the rooftop, adorable courtyard, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, safe, and clean. Best of all, the family who runs this place is so kind and welcoming. They took the trouble to text us prior to check in to let us know that the main plaza would be closed to vehicle traffic for a festival, and they accommodated our last minute request for a late check out when our daughter got sick.

Atenção dos funcionários, café da manhã bom, a localização.

Cons:

O lustre com bluetooth, ele ligava e desligava sozinho, atrapalhando o sono, o quanto tbm im pouco frio.

Le personnel est VRAIMENT exceptionnel!!
Chambre double lits très spacieuse, accès à une terrasse qui offre une vue 360 sur les montagnes et sites archéologiques.
Très près de la place centrale, restos et boutiques à proximité.
Excellent petit dejeuner avec fruits frais et jus de fruit.
J'y retournerais sans hésiter!!!
