飯店人員親切，整體氛圍舒適溫馨，下次去高雄還會想去住！
Pros:

離車站很近且路線簡單，特地訂了有浴缸的房型，木色裝潢溫馨、房間小巧但應有盡有，浴室水壓也很夠！餐廳有24小時冰淇淋與咖啡吧，還附早餐，退房時間甚至是12點，吃完早餐還能回房間耍廢一下～

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good; we were close to the Dome of Light and night markets, which made it easy to explore the area.

Breakfast could use some improvement. A Western breakfast was advertised, but the Western choices were basically bread to toast and a hard-boiled egg. A little more variety and fruit would make a big difference.

Housekeeping was adequate, but even with limited service I would expect the bed to be made. I don’t need my sheets changed every day, but when towels are replaced and trash is emptied, making the bed would be appreciated.

Having self-service laundry facilities was wonderful and a big plus for travelers. However, the dryers need clearer instructions and possibly servicing. Even after about 1½ hours, our T-shirts were still not completely dry.

Overall, a clean, comfortable stay in a convenient location with friendly staff. With a few improvements to breakfast, housekeeping and the dryers, it would be an excellent hotel.
