Pros:

Good breakfast

Cons:

There was a seagull tapping on my windows which kept me awake. I wonder if a previous guest had fed it and suggest there ought to be a note to all guests not to feed the seagulls

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location with excellent staff.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, Polite and helpful. In particular the young woman at breakfast who couldn’t have been more cheerful or helpful. Very good pool and sauna.

Cons:

It’s an old building, so I understand the difficulties but no air conditioning in summer is unpleasant.

Ce très bon hôtel regorge de bonnes surprises dont ses tarifs.
Pros:

Un vrai hôtel 4 étoiles, avec un service, des parties communes et des prestations d’excellent niveau. Le tout pour le prix de B&B approximatifs dont les descriptions ampoulées n’offrent qu’une très lointaine ressemblance avec la réalité. Merci !

Cons:

Emplacement très bon mais un peu loin de la ville.

Staff brilliant, breakfast superb

Cons:

The amount t of plug points for kettle, fan, charging and coffee pod machine, I had to move bedside cabinet to find sockets to accommodate everything, as it was a hot night. Don't let that put you off , it was more of an inconvenience

Pros:

A warm welcome and the impression that nothing is too much trouble is just what you want when you check in to a hotel and that's exactly what we got here.
Location is perfect for exploring Falmouth. Good parking without spaces being too tight. Breakfast was delicious. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly.

Cons:

The absolute only downside was no air con but the fan provided was powerful.

Royal Duchy is a very professionally run hotel and the staff are very friendly.
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting.

Cons:

The room was so hot. The fan you let me use helped but with the heat I was quite miserable.
