De accommodatie was perfect en voortreffelijk! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, waren we onder de indruk. Het uitzicht was werkelijk adembenemend en de kamer was heerlijk luxe, comfortabel en prachtig. Alles droeg bij aan een onvergetelijk verblijf. 😍

Ook het personeel verdient alle complimenten. Iedereen was ontzettend lief, gastvrij en respectvol. We voelden ons echt welkom en werden met veel vriendelijkheid behandeld. ❤️

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar luxe, comfort, een prachtig uitzicht en uitstekende gastvrijheid. Een plek waar je met veel plezier op terugkijkt! ✨

Een klein aandachtspunt is dat het uitzicht sterk afhankelijk is van het weer. Bij zware bewolking zijn de bergen helaas niet zichtbaar. Gelukkig verbleven we meerdere dagen, waardoor we meer kans hadden om van het prachtige uitzicht te genieten wanneer het weer helder was. En dat was absoluut de moeite waard! 🏔️✨

The view may look beautiful, but in my experience, the service and customer care were extremely disappointing.

I booked **two rooms for three nights** at The Pinnacle Ella Boutique Hotel and Spa for my friends and me. I had also contacted them in advance because I wanted to arrange a special birthday surprise for my girlfriend and propose to her during our stay. I explained everything clearly to them in the morning, but they simply said they could not arrange it. They did not offer any alternative options or make any effort to help.

Because of this experience, we decided not to stay there at all.

Instead, we booked **98 Acres Resort & Spa**, and the difference was incredible. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the staff were very helpful and professional. They understood what we needed and helped us arrange everything perfectly.

Thanks to 98 Acres, my girlfriend had a beautiful birthday, and my proposal went exactly as planned. ❤️💍

Based on my personal experience, I would **not recommend The Pinnacle Ella Boutique Hotel and Spa**, especially to foreign travelers who need assistance with special arrangements or expect good customer service.

The view alone is not enough — **good service and genuine customer care matter too.**

Possibly the best view and location in Ella. Close to town, walkable to little Adam’s peak and Ella rock, magical room v

Stunning location, massive rooms, the srilankan breakfast and the pool were absolute highlights and it was so close to Ella town.

Cons:

Some Staff came across as a little rude sometimes, we were a younger couple, they appeared to not think that we should be staying there despite taking our money. However after a conversation several staff members went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Etablissement situé au sommet de la ville, offrant une vue magnifique sur la région. Grande chambre dotée d'une grande terrasse avec salon de jardin, le tout surplombant la belle piscine et la vallée. Personnel adorable. Nous avons même eu droit à un cadeau car nous sommes restés 3 nuits (dîner, déjeuner ou pique-nique au choix). Très bien situé pour visiter les différents sites de la région.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mitten in den Bergen. Trotzdem fußläufig in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Wunderschöner Blick, toller Pool und sehr gutes Essen und Frühstück im Restaurant. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The best hotel in Ella
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at The Pinnacle. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for guests. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the photos especially the view from our room. We had the premier deluxe triple room - it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast isn’t a buffet but the selection you get was fantastic and definitely enough food (felt like buffet except they bring it all to you!)
The pool was great for a well-needed restful morning.
The location of Pinnacle for us was perfect. We were far enough out from the hustle of the busy high street but if walking along the train track, it only takes about 5 mins to the top of the high street next to The Clay Pot restaurant.
If I know anyone staying in Ella, I will 100% recommend them to stay here.
