Excellant and I hope I come back
Pros:

A beautiful hotel within walking distance from town. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room had a stunning lake view and was spacious. The pool area was lovely. I highly recommend.

Cons:

Coffee delivered to room was not available. No big problem went to cafe at 7.30

Amazing staff , 10/10, to the chefs who work tirelessly in the kitchen, all the polite staff. Charming receptionist .you guys make pinnacle a relaxing venue to all the guests who come there. This place has a million dollar view. Will come again.

Fenomenaal uitzicht
Pros:

Het uitzicht op Ella Rock, Little Adam's Peak en de vallei was fenomenaal. Het was een zeer ruime kamer met twee zitjes. Het zwembad was goed. Af en toe liepen er apen over het balkon. Vanaf het hotel was het maximaal 10 minuten lopen langs het treinspoor naar het centrum Ella met alle restaurantjes.

Cons:

Bij een dergelijk hotel met gehanteerde prijzen zou een buffet passender zijn. De prijs van booking komt niet overeen met de prijs die je uiteindelijk moet betalen, want er komen nog servicefee en BTW kosten bij en een paar procent creditcardkosten.

Onbeschrijflijk mooi uitzicht, geweldig personeel, een toplocatie!
Pros:

We hebben veel gereisd en op mooie plekken gezeten, maar het uitzicht vanuit dit hotel is echt verbluffend - zo ontzettend mooi! Het personeel (en de kok) ontzettend lief, met leuke verrassingen bij het superlekkere en uitgebreide ontbijt (we verklappen niet wat) en wij kregen zelfs een (heerlijk!) diner aangeboden omdat we er drie nachten verbleven.

Amazing stay in Pinnacle
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient location, staff were lovely and the room was better than the pictures.
The view was unbeatable, felt like the best view in Ella.
Also really liked the shampoo/soap in little clay bottles rather than plastic.

Cons:

Would advise people to bring eye masks - our room had gaps at the side of the blinds that let a lot of light in.

Unser Aufenthalt im The Pinnacle Ella war einfach fantastisch! Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Bildern.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und sehr professionelle Personal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Ishara für den herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service!

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Pool war wunderbar – mit einer sehr angenehmen Wassertemperatur und natürlich dieser traumhaften Aussicht.

Wie bei vielen Hotels in Ella ist eine direkte Anfahrt mit dem Auto nicht möglich. Für unsere Abreise organisierte das Hotel (auf Hotel-Kosten) zwei sehr komfortable Tuk-Tuks, die uns und unser gesamtes Gepäck bequem zum Treffpunkt mit unserem Fahrer brachten. Alles war perfekt organisiert.

Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Eine absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können jedem nur ans Herz legen, ein paar Tage an diesem wunderbaren Ort zu verbringen!

Pros:

Ongelooflijk uitzicht. Super vriendelijke mensen. Eten/ ontbijt top, bereid door een heel ijverige, ambitieuze chef (leuk om met hem te kletsen over z’n toekomst plannen :-)) kamers waren prima met een prima zwembad erbij. Fijne plek.

Much cleaner than our other hotels (including five star resorts).

Can recommend.

Nothing. Initially thought it was a bit of walking to the city, but there is a short cut which makes it less than 5 minutes to the city center

Schöner Ausblick. Bequeme Betten und eine Klimaanlage, die nicht nur auf "Sturm" blasen kann.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, leider sind die Junior Suiten nicht oben (Ausblick) sondern weit unten am Hang.
