Please take immediate action to improve the cleanliness and hygiene of this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very strategic location, especially for shopping along Jalan TAR. It is conveniently located and makes it easy to access the various shops and shopping areas

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel several times whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur. However, during my last two stays, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. There were many cockroaches inside the room, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic.

As for the bedsheets, my body felt very itchy when I was trying to sleep, which made me uncomfortable throughout the night.

I also heard many complaints from other guests during this visit regarding issues with their rooms. I hope the hotel management will take these complaints seriously and improve the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms.

Don't waste your time and money dont go there very hygiene

Nothing for like The room was extremely dirty and full of cockroaches. They were even crawling on the tea cups. Very unhygienic and disappointing.

Cons:

I feel like I wasted my money here. The front desk staff had a very bad attitude. He just handed me the key and gave no proper guidance about the lift, toiletries, Wi-Fi, or phone calls. The Wi-Fi password was extremely long, and the signal was basically zero.When I checked in, the room was very dirty. The shampoo bottle was empty, there was no shower gel, no kettle, and the duvet covers had stains. After changing rooms, there was no TV remote or towels, there were many cockroaches, and the shower only worked from one side.

It felt like the room was given without being properly prepared. I quietly tolerated everything and stayed the night as a final chance. Please provide proper training to your housekeeping and guest service staff. For the same price, I can stay at East Riverview, where the rooms are much better, the service feels more VIP, and the staff are very well-mannered. I really missed that hotel.
