O melhor de Gramado são as pessoas.
Pros:

Uma excelente hospedagem. Tudo perfeito. As pessoas do Cercano fazem de tudo para que o hóspede se sinta bem e acolhido.

Cons:

O que dizer de um lugar simplesmente perfeito. Não tenho o que reclamar, talvez a única coisa foi eu não poder ficar mais tempo hospedada. Mas com certeza haverá outra oportunidade.

A wonderful and comfortable stay, made even better by Cassiano’s exceptional service!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. The overall atmosphere was great and made for a relaxing stay. I would especially like to mention Cassiano, the concierge, who provided the best service to us. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. His service truly made a difference in our experience.

Cons:

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property. Everything was as expected, and we had a very pleasant stay.
