O chuveiro a gás é excelente, com água bem quente. As roupas de cama e as toalhas estavam impecavelmente limpas e cheirosas. Sem dúvida, a localização é o grande destaque do hotel, pois fica na mesma rua da Praça de Artigas, bem no coração da cidade, proporcionando fácil acesso aos principais pontos da região.
O forte cheiro de cigarro, presente tanto no saguão quanto no quarto, tornou a estadia bastante desagradável. Fiquei surpresa ao encontrar um cinzeiro na cabeceira da cama, o que reforça a impressão de que o fumo é tolerado no local. Não imaginava que ainda houvesse ambientes fechados com essa característica. Outro ponto negativo foi o barulho constante, já que muitos hóspedes parecem não respeitar os horários de silêncio, o que prejudicou o descanso e o conforto durante a estadia.

La verdad el hotel muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de 18de julio con farmacias ,súpermercado ,restaurante todo cerca.La habitación muy iluminado y con ventana a la calle , las camas súper cómodas,los controles del aire y televisor funcionando perfectamente el baño impecable y súper limpio todo ,el personal de recepción súper amables.Volveria a hospedarme .
