Great location very spacious and clean.
The lounge was very low to the ground almost child sized.
The staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy, with adequate facilities.
Being right on Punt Road, it was quite noisy. Bed was a bit hard for my liking.
Did what it said on the label. It is apartment accommodation so there is a lack of any services. Location was handy to train (Richmond Station) and trams. I won't stay there again, but not because they did anything wrong. I just prefer somewhere that has food and beverage options either in or adjacent to the accommodation.

My 2nd time staying here the Location is perfect for attending Rod Laver Arena or Margaret Court, 15/20 minute walk
