Pros:

Arranged to drop our luggage off prior to check in, as public transport arrived well before official check in time. 381 Cremorne allowed us to check in early, which was most appreciated.

Reception staff member was very friendly and helpful

Great location, easy walk to Richmond railway station and MCG

Could have and should have been much better for the money charged which was not mediocre in itself.
Pros:

Location within a short walking distance to the MCG and many other sports arenas.

Cons:

Building is very dirty outside and needs a clean inside the apartment. The doors and windows facing Punt Rd need double glazing as the noise level is EXTREMELY high, transmitted into the apartment day and night, making sleep almost impossible. The main shower off the kitchen leaked onto the floor. The shower adjusting mechanism fell off and had to be repaired. The beds were on the hard side on not comfortable, and the doonas provided for both queen beds were for a single sized bed. One bedside light globe was blown and had to be replaced, after two requests to do so. The neighborhood is most likely not classed as being welcoming, other than when events are on at the many sports facilities within walking distance where safety would be in numbers.

Great location, value for money, clean and comfy.
Pros:

I loved the location for my visit and where I needed to go whilst staying in Melbourne. The staff were nice. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I didnt get the view I wanted, so I will hopefully ask to get a different room next time.

The stay was great, was there for 4 nights and everything was in reach/ close by.
Pros:

The location was great and easily accessible to public transport, so we were not always in the car driving to where we needed to go. The room was comfortable, big enough for our family and was clean.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location was perfect for watching AFL and NRL. It was very well presented and staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable as two singles pushed together to make a king. Rest of the facilities were comfortable and layout of the room was good.
