For my purposes of a quick stay, the location was convenient for me, bed a bit hard for my liking and was quite noisey.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy, with adequate facilities.

Cons:

Being right on Punt Road, it was quite noisy. Bed was a bit hard for my liking.

Pros:

Did what it said on the label. It is apartment accommodation so there is a lack of any services. Location was handy to train (Richmond Station) and trams. I won't stay there again, but not because they did anything wrong. I just prefer somewhere that has food and beverage options either in or adjacent to the accommodation.

Great Location for events
Pros:

My 2nd time staying here the Location is perfect for attending Rod Laver Arena or Margaret Court, 15/20 minute walk

Cons:

Bed and pillows too hard but everything else is perfect.
