Pros:

La camera era spaziosa con una bella terrazza. Tuto era pulito. Ogni servizio della zona spa è a pagamento, anche Sauna e idromassaggio. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Consiglio il ristorante collegato gatto blu, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e abbondante.

Cons:

L hotel è lontano dal centro. La doccia da rivedere.

Emplacement stratégique pour rejoindre Piano Provenzana le lendemain (treck Etna), chambre propre et spacieuse, bon betit déjeuner, jaccuzi sympas, très bon restaurant.

Cons:

On attend un peu plus d'un "resort". Pas de spécialités siciliennes au petit déjeuner, personnel lent au petit déjeuner (nous avons eu du mal à trouver une table propre préparée, avec des dizaines de tables non nettoyées).
Problème de thermostat sur la douche de la chambre, avec de l'eau quasi brûlante en permanence. Le gérant de l accueil n'a pas fait de geste sur la facture finale, si ce n est d être désolé pour le désagrément.
Clientèle non dynamique.

Wäre super ohne Frühstück
Pros:

Das Upgrade auf die Juniorsuite war super, der jacuzzi hat auch Spaß gemacht und die Lage zum Ätna ist perfekt.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno di una notte ai piedi dell’Etna.
La nostra stanza era grande, comoda, con vista Etna. Davvero un gioiello.
Pulizia ok. Colazione buona, nella norma per questa tipologia di hotel.

Pros:

Ontbijt was pima, de service over het algemeen goed. de kamers waren schoon. Nicolai is een topper in de service, regelde mooie kamers en gaf goed advies.

Cons:

De dame die op woensdagavond 29 april achter de receptie zat, kan het beste een cursus 'klantvriendelijk communiceren' volgen. Op de vraag voor (de beschikbare) roomservice kregen we een botte NEE. Het staat wel op de kaart maar nu zijn er grote groepen dus het kan niet. Geen alternatieven, geen poging om het te regelen en terwijl we daar stonden negeerde ze ons en ging door met haar werk alsof we niet bestonden... Paste totaal niet bij de service die het andere personeel wel leverde

Bellissima struttura, molto organizzata, ottimo ristorante. Sulla strada per andare a Puano provenzana.

Dispiace che abbiano preteso il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno anche per nostro figlio di 3 anni, sebbene non fosse dovuta, e addebitano la colpa a booking.com
