The free dinner is not that good.drinks should be free just like in breakfast.The time for dinner is late and the lady receptionist in the dinner area is not that accomodating.The pool water has a smell.The massage is only for a certain day not everyday.

舒适的居住
Pros:

酒店房间不大，但是干净卫生，服务人员态度好，早餐也不错。有房顶泳池，位置相对方便。

Cons:

周边堵车严重，打的过来一公里多的路程，要二十多分钟。这个没办法，曼谷堵车太严重。

Un bel hôtel calme au coeur de Bangkok: Prathunam

La gentillesse du personnel, l'hôtel en général, la chambre est jolie et confortable et propre, sa situation dans Bangkok, son calme malgré qu'il soit dans un quartier animé, les attentions en chambre pour ma mère, la navette gratuite qui vous dépose et vient vous récupérer à toute heure du jour et de la nuit à des endroits touristiques à proximité de l'hôtel. Dans le coeur vibrant de Prathunam mais dans une rue calme . Les vêtements traditionnels mis à disposition gratuitement des clients pour prendre des photos avec est appréciable, le pop corn et les boissons mis à disposition gratuitement des clients chaque jour. Ils ont gardé notre bagage gratuitement durant 1 mois car nous étions chargées. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Cons:

Je trouve que pour un hôtel de ce standing. Il fait vraiment trop usine. Le petit déjeuner est usine et le dîner compris est usine. Ne plus proposer la demi- pension. J'inviterai cet hôtel à privilégier la qualité des plats plutôt qu'à la quantité. Impossible d'avoir des œufs au plats cuits ils refusent de le faire et vous demandent de prendre ceux qui sont là et de les mettre au micro- ondes. Je l'ai demandé à un manager en salle, il a refusé. Ce n'est paz bien. Jamais je n'ai vu cela. Le repas du soir n'est pas goûtu. Il devient urgent de faire un effort sur la cuisine.

Cons:

Terrible view of a car park from my room I was not happy.
Dinner buffet seems like it was leftovers from breakfast I wasn’t impressed and we never ate after the first night for dinner.
