Breakfast is better than 5star hotels
Staff are exceptional friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The location is also fantastic with easy walking to restaurants bars massage and markets.

staffs are very accommodating and polite. Nut and Cake at the reception helped me a lot and had good suggestions on how to get around.
airport pick up was helpful. one less thing to worry abt as soon as you arrive.
free cold drinks at the reception is perfect for the hot weather. they also have a weighing scale that guests can use.

there is a shower you can use 24hrs even after the checkout which was very nice in case you want to freshen up before heading to the airport. hair dryer, toiletries and towels provided. so basically i liked everything. free breakfast and dinner for guests was excellent.
We book 2 rooms for 5 days 4night, staff at this hotel is friendly n helpful. This hotel provide bfast n Supper, is so surprised for us. The buffet bfast is really good. Supper at night just like buffet dinner. Buggy is good service for us.
We will come back next year.

This is the best hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Bangkok which is accesible to everything! They even have free shuttle to ARL and BTS station. The staff are very welcoming and very nice especially Nut and Nun! Thankful for them, I highly recommend Vince Hotel Pratunam Bangkok.
