Buenas instalaciones pero falta en limpieza y servicios.
Pros:

Las instalaciones están bonitas y espaciosas.

Cons:

Falta de limpieza. En el cuarto dejaron comida en el refrigerador del huesped anterior y cuando nos fuimos a acostar las sábanas olían mal, llamamos y las cambiaron. El wifi no funcionaba. También decía que el parking era gratuito en Booking, pero había que pagar $15 diario.

Pros:

The customer service was terrible. I canceled my stay. I spoke with 3 different people that could not find my reservation. In the end I was still charged.

The customer service was terrible. I was told to contact the hotel directly for assistance. Phone hung up times.

Pros:

Room view is good, interior is superb, toiletries are good quality.

Cons:

Lack of parking space (need to pay online which makes it not very convenient), corridor is long, staff not very friendly.

Pros:

I love the location. It was clean and it had a couple of extra activities you could do at the hotel like play pool

Cons:

The rooms was pretty small for the price we paid, but other than that it was a really nice stay
