Localização é ótima para ir aos principais locais turísticos.

Cons:

Não gostei do quarto. Achei ele bem pequeno. Uma pessoa "maior" teria dificuldades em tomar banho no box do chuveiro.
Opção de parcelamento disponível no Booking, mas fui informado que o hotel não trabalha dessa forma. Essa informação precisa ser esclarecida com antecedência ao hóspede para evitar estresse no check-in.

Funcionários maravilhosos da portaria ao café da manhã! Recepcionista Rickelme super simpático e atencioso! Indicou um taxista (sr Josenildo) extraordinário!
Café da manhã bem servido e com uma carne do sol inesquecível!

Cons:

Único ponto que incomodou foi a porta do nosso banheiro que não tinha trinco, travava e era pesada para abrir… Os funcionários eram tão maravilhosos, que nem tivemos coragem de “reclamar” sobre isso.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Me hospedo no Novotell desde 2018, mas dessa última vez vocês se superaram. Desde o porteiro até a moça que fez nosso checkin, o atendimento foi excelente! Café da manhã, incrível como sempre!
