J'ai passé 2 nuit d'enfer
Pros:

Cet hôtel c'est cauchemard, c'est l'enfer. Je vous conseille de ne pas aller la bas c'est triste que ce genre d'hôte soi à Bruxelles, il faut le fermer. C'est trop nulle.

Cons:

La saleté à la réception, couloir, étage et jusqu'à la chambre. Drap sal, toilettes sales, brut de l'extérieur qui entre en plus le tram est à proximité, la climatisation qui fonction pas, la télévision qui marche pas.... franchement nulll

A localização é boa.

Cons:

Um funcionário, estilo gerente forçou que não cancelassemos a segunda diária, o hotel é mal frequentado e tem muito cheiro de cigarro. Tem ar condicionado nos quartos mas nenhum funciona.

La ubicación y la cama
Y encontranos el último día con la chica de recepción super amable y que hizo que el mal recibimiento, un recepcionista que solo hablaba inglés y el horror de la habitación cambiara con ella

Recepción llegada de mal humor que hasta las 14h no era check in perfecto tienen para guardar las maletas y nos dio habitación 605
Aire acondicionado no funcionaba hacia 35° en la calle
Sin mesitas, sin colgadores, seca pelo caído etc .......
Recepcionista 2 solo inglés y no aporta soluciones
Recepcionista 3 van a limpiar la habitación.... NO.... Cambiar las toallas porque se quedan húmedas NO
