Widok z balkonu na jezioro. Cudowne śniadania. Właścicielka, która jest jak prawdziwa gospodyni; wciąż blisko gości, z uśmiechem i bardzo chętna do pomocy. Na każde pytanie zaczęte od "Mam problem", odpowiadała "To jest mój problem. Wy macie się dobrze czuć"

Die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Ottima hotel per una vacanza in spiaggia
Pros:

Accoglienza e gentilezza del personale e dei titolari, disponibilità massima, letto comodo e lenzuola pulite, aria condizionata e ventilatore, colazione abbondante e buona inoltre la posizione della struttura è perfetta vicina alle spiaggie e a bei locali

Pros:

Bel accueil de la part de la patronne. Le petit déjeuner est complet, chacun peut trouver à son goût et ses besoins. La chambre était au calme car pas côté route principale.

Cons:

Chambre vraiment vieillotte, voire déprimante avec un grand lit mais un matelas tellement dur qu'on dirait que vous dormez par terre. Une petite salle de bain avec une petite douche.
Un petit réfrigérateur bien utile mais hyper bruyant.
Le restaurant fait office de salle du petit déjeuner ce qui n'est pas gênant, mais le fait que ce soit côté route et très passant cela provoque énormément de bruit donc pas très agréable.
Hôtel vieillot qui aurait bien besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement.

La posizione, la pulizia, la colazione e la meravigliosa e ben attrezzata terrazza affacciata sul lago, ma più di tutto la cordialità e l’attenzione vera e discreta dello Staff (una menzione speciale per la s.ra Claudia, interprete eccellente di una cordialità mai di maniera)

La proximité avec le lac. et la piste cyclable qui est très agréable. et le petit port devant troo mignon

Personale cordiale e disponibile. A due passi dal Lago, in posizione non troppo "turistica", ma comunque con i centri più importanti (Malcesine, Torbole, etc) a poca distanza. Colazione al buffett assolutamente e forse oltre le aspettative.

Cons:

Sinceramente, non ho nulla da segnalare. Valutando il rapporto qualità prezzo non è possibile aspettarsi di più. Non ho riscontrato criticità particolari.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, posizione , servizio , cordialità e disponibilità della titolare . Ottima e variata la colazione . Panorama sul lago con piccolo terrazino .Ho apprezzato molto nella nostra stanza, la possibilità di avere sia il condizionatore che il ventilatore a soffitto .

Cons:

L ' unico neo che posso trovare , è il bagno un po' datato e cieco, ma comunque non è stato un problema

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)
Pros:

Claudia war einfach soooo toll und hatte immer alles im Blick :) Die Lage war top und es gab schöne Strände in der Nähe :) Es ist weniger “touristisch” voll und daher sehr entspannt.

Notre séjour était vraiment agréable.
