Absolutely spotless room ..looked like it was recently refurbished..staff were exceptional in helping anyway they could..100percent recommend...could have stayed longer if I needed ..🤣

The central location and the staff are brilliant.

In the drawer there was an old babies bottle that had green contents.
Also there was a plate there.
The position right in the middle of main street through Atherstone. Ideal location to explore the local area
room was ok , but noises from neighbouring room were loud banging ,shouting ,we were moved on request but not a great deal better slamming doors music blaring from car in car park
Good location for my needs
The food was very standard. Had the fish and chips, not good.
Lovely place, good atmosphere, parking, nice room, warm and clean, quality towels bedding etc hood selection for hot drinks, pleasant staff
Bit noisy in the evening, music. Bed bit lumpy, only just enough hot water for a shallow bath

That we could not access the property after midnight
The room was clean and spacious. There was parking available at the rear of the property. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is situated on the main street near all the facilities.
Unfortunately our mattress was uncomfortable as the springs were old it definitely needed replacing. There was a small heater in the room that wasn't sufficient to heat the room properly. There was quite alot of noise within the hotel with doors banging in the night and early morning.
