Good value for money - considering location.
Pros:

The location, service from staff, response from cleaning crew. Option for swimming pool for child was just perfect when the weather outside was not in favor.

Cons:

Parking was somewhat limited and many times it was noticed that single cars were parked “in between” 2 spaces - wasting of parking.

Room was perfectly cleaned however, the outside space could be cleaned better - to avoid spiders coming inside the rooms through the window (something happens naturally)..

Das Essen - sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück - verdient höchstens die Note "ausreichend". Das betrifft den Preis, die Auswahl und die Qualität. Leider gibt es keine Alternativen nahebei

Ok, das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, man kann es an einigen Stellen sehen, und das weiß die Leitung auch. Und: sie arbeiten dran👍🏼
Das absolute Highlight war ein liebevoll gedeckter und geschmückter Frühstückstisch zu unserem 40.Hochzeitstag. Wir waren begeistert.
Und das Personal im Frühstücksraum war unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und viel Erfolg für ihre Zukunft💪🏼💪🏼

Pros:

Tolle Lage für einen Kurzurlaub, nah an der Lüneburger Heide und am Seregenti Park. Toll war auch das Schwimmbad im Keller.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht teilen-im Gegenteil: Es war vom Empfang an der Rezeption, über die Sauna, das Zimmer und das Frühstück alles prima .

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit
Das Frühstück ist top die Mitarbeiter sind immer auf Zack und füllen auf. Die Auswahl ist auch sehr gut

Cons:

Es gab einige Mängel im Zimmer, im Bad ist die Beschichtung von der Tür lose, die Fliesen sind defekt, die Dusche ist undicht gewesen.
Ich persönlich finde es sehr anstrengend beim Föhn den Knopf immer gedrückt zu halten das er funktioniert . Vielleicht einfach genauer hinschauen bei der Reinigung.
