É indicato come Hotel a 4 stelle ma non lo è sarebbe più giusto 3 stelle.

L’accoglienza era buona

Cons:

La camera era in mansarda, tutte le volte che mi abbassavo perprendere qualcosa dal frigo quando mi alzavo, su sbattevo la testa nella trave e un paio di volte mi è capitato nello spigolo. TV posizionata in angolo, frigo (vuoto). No cassaforte piccola.

Il paese di penzolo e’ molto bello e offre parecchi servizi ai turisti

L’albergo non corrisponde ad una struttura 3 stelle S. La nostra stanza non era una tripla come invece avevo prenotato, ma una cameretta con tre lettini, lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava e faceva rumore, il sifone della doccia rotto schizzava ovunque, tende e parquet rotti, mobili usurati e personale e servizi insufficienti. Abbiamo prenotato la SPA e nessuno ci ha accolti ed ho dovuto addirittura accendere io le luci della SPA. Personale non ematico e colazione da pensione.

Che fossero pronti alle intolleranze alimentari, con vasta scelta, cosa che purtroppo nel 2026 ancora non è scontata. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Dovrebbero controllare maggiormente la spa. purtroppo i maleducati che fanno chiasso ci sono e vanno a rovinare il momento. So che non è un problema dell’hotel ma con qualche controllo in più sicuramente la gente sarebbe più rispettosa. Inoltre segnalo la mancanza di climatizzatore nelle camere, tv Smart ma con mancanza di accesso alle piattaforme streaming. Camera piccola ma tendenzialmente con tutto il necessario. Probabilmente qualità prezzo valuterei altro.

Ottima la posizione del hotel rispetto al centro di Pinzolo ed alla partenza della funivia. Colazione molto curata e servizio molto attento.

Cons:

Mancanza di aria condizionata in camera è stata un po critica visto il caldo molto significativo in questi giorni
