The perfect airport hotel
Pros:

The shuttle from the airport was perfect, well located and the driver was friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful. I only stayed from midnight to 8 am, but I would be happy to spend longer - the room was a fantastic room.

Cons:

A small patch on my sheets were melted, which I mean - I'm happy they washed them! I also feel so privileged because I had to sleep on only one half of the incredibly comfortable king-sized bed, instead of across all of it.

Not a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was better that other hotels.

Cons:

Poor wifi, poor bed and just a blankett on it, poor lightning and noisy ac. The pool was not in use.

Pros:

Hotel was close to hotel which is great for travellers. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Pillows were not comfortable at all and breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Horrible
Cons:

The room was extremely noisy, which made it very difficult to sleep and enjoy the stay. On top of that, I was promised an upgrade through Booking.com, but the hotel did not honor the upgrade. This was very disappointing and not the level of service I expected. I would expect both the hotel and Booking.com to honor the offers and commitments made to customers.

Cons:

The experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The receptionist had a very poor attitude and provided terrible customer service. I explained that my upgrade had been promised through Booking.com, but he simply told me, “That’s a third party; we don’t care about it.” I found this response very unprofessional and disrespectful.

On top of that, I was asked to fill out all the forms again, even though I had already completed my booking and information online through Booking.com. The entire check-in process was frustrating, unnecessarily complicated, and far below the standard I expected. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience overall.
