Very good in the end
Pros:

Good stay after we finally got a top floor room. Lots of noise and stomping from upstairs when we were initially on the 3rd floor.
Literally 10 minutes walk from the Mall of America and the transit station. All of the hotels in the area will be affected by noise from the airport nearby but the flight paths were always changing. Overnight flights are supposed to use a distant runway.

The one to go too - Mall of America
Pros:

We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

What really stood out was the staff. The morning front desk teams on the 19th and 20th were incredibly welcoming, positive, and more than accommodating. They made us feel like valued guests from the moment we walked in. It reminded us of how hotels used to be, where genuine customer service and a friendly attitude were the standard. The staff really deserves recognition!

We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very enjoyable, relaxing, in a great location.
Pros:

I liked that Eric, the Manager and the staff were very accommodating with my stay. My two young daughters and I had a wonderful experience.

Cons:

I wish there would have been a hot tub.
