We love the place, very cozy and we would book to stay there again. I do recommend the place.

It is in a great location, with friendly staff, and is clean. They have a bar on the first floor with excellent music.

Cons:

The first night our A/C was not working properly, but they fixed the problem immediately.

Pros:

The location was fantastic. Easy walk to many food options, Penn Station, Times Square, Avenue of the Americas, and lots of sites. Multiple subway lines within a block or two. The shower was great. Room was small, but that's Manhattan. Staff was really nice. Loud from the music at the bar downstairs, but not too late.

Buena ubicación, cerca de Times Square y lugares para comer. El staff fue muy amable y el proceso para hacer check in fue rápido. Ellos envian un link para hacer un pre registro lo que hace que el check in sea rapido.

Cons:

La cama estaba hundida. Siendo dos personas que nos quedamos en la misma habitacion fue muy incomodo dormir asi. El A/C tenia problemas si no se dejaba encendido.

Emplacement idéal mais la chambre reflète bien son bas prix.

L'hôtel était très bien situé.

Cons:

Il y avait beaucoup de bruit et d'air froid de l'extérieur qui entraient dans la chambre. De plus, la chambre étant à l'avant, l'enseigne lumineuse faisait beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre.

One time, not returning.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff was great. Bed comfortable. Room was small, but we expected that. Dinner at Garvey's was good and discount appreciated.

Cons:

Air conditioning was unpredictable, it was either off or running wild - no control. Shower horrible, overhead dribbled, no temperature control, scalding HOT water - VERY DANGEROUS!

First time travelers
Pros:

Alfonso was courteous, knowledge and a very well communicated. The hotel was nice just needed some updates and amenities. There were extra pillows and blankets in the linen closet. Room was excellent. Had two TVs. Irish pub was warm and nice place with live music and numerous TVs so you can watch the game. Food was really good. Fiance got the burger and raved about it. The next morning I talked to the bartender about the discount and he couldn't give me my money back but he gave me a free coffee, which I was supposed to have and my fiance a drinky drink. Never had any problems with noise, smells, or nasty people. Everything smelt wonderful in our room and the doors really blocked out the noise outside.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was no free breakfast or coffee in the room. The hot water took at least 5 real minutes to warm up. The lights never came on outside on our terrace (we had the penthouse) The room waslacking decorations and was definitely feeling old looking. Two TVs two remotes that worked both TVs at the same time. The elevator had trouble coming to our floor when we pushed the button. Had to push it numerous times. There was no view. I reserved a room with a balcony. The Irish pub was really pricey and they forgot to give us our free drink and discount on our meal. Bathroom door was tough to work (open and close) There was no cups or plastic protection for the ice bucket. Most of the switches in the room did not work. No note pad and pen.
