Je suis très déçu par mon expérience dans cet hôtel. Lors de la réservation sur Booking, le prix annoncé était de 250€. Pourtant, une fois arrivés à l’hôtel, le réceptionniste nous a demandé 300€, sans vraie explication. Ce n’est absolument pas normal.
Ensuite, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentes sur Booking. La qualité était médiocre et il n’y avait aucune vraie vue. C’est trompeur par rapport à ce qui est présenté sur l’annonce.
Le pire reste le manque de professionnalisme du réceptionniste, qui a été irrespectueux, désagréable et franchement arnaqueur. Franchement, cette expérience donne une très mauvaise image de l’établissement.
J’espère sincèrement que Booking fera plus attention aux hôtels proposés sur sa plateforme afin d’éviter que d’autres clients vivent la même situation.

Les chambres sont magnifiques avec une belle vue pour celles vue mer.
Le SPA est fermé hors saison mais c'est compréhensible.
Le petit dej est bien sauf pour le café et les jus.
Mais encore une fois, le personnel rattrape bien cela par un accueil incroyable.
