الفندق بعيد عن المطاعم والكافيهات والمحلات التجارية، غطاء الديباج لسرير لازم تطلبه مسبقا، كلنكس الحمام نوعيه سيئة يتفتت في ايدينك إلى قطع صغيرة، العاملين في المطعم سيئين ومستفزين لأقصي الحدود، تطلب اي شيء يظل يماطل فيك ولا يحضر الشيء اللي طلبته، على سبيل المثال طلبت مسحوق الكمون للبيض ظل يروح لداخل ويطلع والفي النهاية قال لي مافي كمون، طلبت نعناع لشاي المغربي نفس الشيء، وعلى فكره أسوء شاي مغربي شربته في كل المغرب كان في هاذا الفندق

Clean bright and airy
Service was very slow. Only one member of staff spoke very little English even though the advert says staff spoke English. Luckily my husband is Moroccan. Booked for decoration in the room because we are newly married, we arrived and had to wait over 45 minutes for it to be done. It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband.. service in the cafe was also very slow. We were the only ones in there and it took around an hour to get a chicken sandwich & salad!

Le point le plus décevant reste le PDJ.
