A Budget Hotel ..
Pros:

It was what I expected .. a budget hotel. Nothing stands out to praise.

Cons:

A bit overpriced from my experience with Thai hotels, but that might be reflective of the area.
The door to the balcony didn't close so while trying to fall asleep the noise of the door opening and closing (because of the AC being on) was annoying.
The 2 twin beds were pushed together but nothing was put over the seam so that was annoying. Minor .. but annoying.
So the room did the job but nothing exceptional.

Preis-Leistung stimmt.
Pros:

Sauber, gute Lage zum Strand und auch zum Nachtmarkt, einfaches Hotel, freundliche Zimmermädchen, Frühstück gut aber immer gleich, Microwelle am Gang, Waschmaschine im Hof, insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Fast ausschließlich russische Gäste.

Nicht mal für den günstigen Preis is es das wert.
Pros:

Nicht sehr viel, die Lage is in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße, nicht weit weg vom Strand.

Cons:

Personal:
Undfreundlicher Empfang, kein Lächeln, keine Erklärungen. Am ersten Tag wurde ich gleich in der Früh von der russischen Dame für etwas beschuldigt obwohl sie gar nicht wusste wer ich bin. Keine Entschuldigung danach.

Zimmer:
Modrig, laut, Schimmel im Bad und Fenstern, wahnsinnig durchgelegene Matratze.

Sauberkeit:
Mangelhaft, Flecken am Bett, Handtuch, Boden. Staub und Krümel in und unter dem Bett.

Teilweise sehr laute, russische, Zimmernachbarn.

Keine Empfehlung.

La politesse et le sourire du personnel et surtout la dame de l'accueil Impossible d'avoir une lampe de chevet(2 mois)chambre non insonorisé et obligé de claquer les portes pour les fermer
