Pros:

Staff super friendly, breakfast was above average (compared to others ive been at) for on-site breakfast. Villas had alot of bonus cookware and facilities ive not found at other locations

Very Friendly Staff. Super Comfortable bed!! Good location for us in Seminyak. Clean, simple, good breakfast. Good air-conditioning. Excellent value. Great little Bali hotel.

Si quieres hospedarte en un hotel en Seminyak sin mayores pretenciones, donde tengas todo a la mano por un precio módico este es el lugar. Esta a tres cuadras de la zona de fiesta y comercial (donde hay todo tipo de restaurantes, tiendas, etc) y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa. La habitación es sencilla pero impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estadía a gusto, el desayuno incluido esta muy bien, porciones justas y una sazón rica. Tengo que destacar la atención de todo el personal del hotel, todos los chicos son supremamente amables y serviciales, siempre están pendientes de todo, siempre te saludan, de verdad que mejor atención no he visto en mi vida.

Cons:

Una remodelación no le vendría mal, aunque todo siempre se ve limpio.

Lovely staff but Villa needs a lot of updating and fixing

Great location and lovely staff

Cons:

Furniture and fridge either broken , damaged, or very dated
Bathrooms have tunnels up through ceiling so even though there is air conditioning in bedroom it goes straight out ceiling in bathrooms and gets hot again
Also through one of the gaps in ceiling over one of the showers there is a balcony from upstairs and I’m not sure if people could look down into our shower… bizarre
Fridge very old and damaged
Kitchen bench looks marble but it laminate and damaged
Kitchen cupboards old and not great. Soda on lounge space pvc and dated and ripped at the back.
Dirty spots on external walls behind pool and up stairs that need a good jet wash
Tiles through out and around pool are polished ceramic and too slippery to be around a pool or in bedrooms and bathrooms
Overall I would not recommend and will not stay again
It’s a shame as a renovation and updated furniture could make it beautiful
