Our stay was superb stayed for 2 nights and the staff were excellent. The venue for the wedding was stunning . Thank you

Poor basic cleanliness and lack of customer care made our stay extremely stressful
Pros:

The location of the property to our business venue was closed however the poor customer service and poor cleanliness of the hotel made our stay extremely frustrating and stressful.

Cons:

We were initially given Room (203): Unacceptable cleanliness (dusty sofa bed/furniture), poor accessibility issues - the stairs from the room door leading into the room made maneuvering with our assistance dog uncomfortable.
Then we were given a Room Change (214): Staff failed to read our booking notes request, placing us in a loud, traffic-heavy room, giving us an unacceptable, poor-dirty quality mattress which had marks, toilet basin had cracks, room floor tiles had crack. This room change failed the basic cleanliness standards as well.
The staff negligence and a lack of care turned the room change into a stressful, counterproductive experience, rather than a helpful solution.
Because both assigned rooms were unsuitable and unclean, we were denied a proper night's sleep and basic comfort severely compounding our exhaustion.
