The reception staff were lovely and very welcoming. We were also kindly allowed to check in a little early, around 50 minutes before the usual check-in time. The room was relatively spacious considering the hotel’s central London location, and it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable one-night stay.
Just something to be mindful of when booking: there doesn’t appear to be a lift. We were staying on the top floor and had light luggage, so this wasn’t an issue for us, but guests with larger or heavier luggage may want to bear in mind that it will need to be carried up the stairs.
- Location is great. 1 min from Earls Court station, many restaurants for breakfast or dinner

Several things:
- steep stairs, no elevator. I would not go with heavy luggage or if not good on foot
- My room (a "classic room") was very tiny so there was no space to put luggage and possibilty to store clothes was very limited
- My room was facing the backyard but still it was very loud till 23:00 because there is an extremely noisy vent from a business below. Closing the windows made almost no difference because the windows are so low quality, they block no sound. While this is often the case in London it could definitely be improved by sound proofing the windows.
- I was on a business trip and needed an invoice. This turned out to be quite complicated. You pay in advance but can only get an invoice after Check-out. Further, they were only able to produce a "preview of the invoice", not the original invoice. So, if you need a proper fail-proof invoice this can be tricky with them
- After check-out they contacted me claiming a shelf in my room was damaged during my stay. The shelf was indeed damaged but already before I came. I told them. They accepted but never apologized for their accusations. So my recommendation to avoid such hassle is: when you check in, better report all damages in the room immediately and let them confirm in writing to be on the safe side. Maybe a bit like you would do for a rental car.
Great location, close to tube station
No lift
Kamer was netjes en schoon. Aardig personeel. Ligging direct naast het metrostation.
Ligging: ligt weliswaar naast metrostation wat zeer handig is maar verder niet zo'n leuke buurt. Redelijk snel in andere delen van Londen met de metro. Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorkant en dat is vrij lawaai-ig met verkeer voor de deur maar als de ramen dicht zijn is het prima. Goed werkende airco.

This was a last minute book and we were surprised as to how convenient this hotel was to meet our needs.
The room was basic but had all you needed and was clean and well presented.

It was located very close to train station and other public transport, as well as to places to eat. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and let us check in early. It was quiet and clean and for the money great place to relax when visiting the big city.
Room was more spacious than expected, with good amenities such as hair dryer beside mirror. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff most helpful also. Convenient location.
