Personeel is ongelofelijk goed - Ingespoten worden met Muggen repellent als je naar buiten loopt, ontbijt a La Carte Fantastisch maar het mooiste is dat het personeel echt met plezier werkt ze lachten onderling en de service is 200%

Le service, l’emplacement, les chambres, la nourriture et surtout le personnel qui est vraiment top.
J’ai eu la chance de faire quelques très beaux hôtels et il vient clairement de rentrer dans ma top list.

Best hotel we have stayed in. I liked how it was a small boutique type hotel. The pool was fantastic and the staff were incredible. Short 5 minute walk into town

This was truly a pleasant surprise. The service level at this hotel is what I would imagine I would get at a six star hotel. Super attentive, proactive, smiling and just so friendly and nice.

Room was perfect, made up twice a day. Breakfast was amazing, a wide range of choice - everything made fresh to order plus fruits, patisserie and fresh juices.

I will recommend this place to anyone going to Siem Reap and if we ever return we know where to stay.

The hotel itself is extremely pleasant, with a tasteful retro design that adds so much charm and character. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the amazing staff. They were warm, welcoming, and unbelievably helpful with everything we needed, including booking all of our activities and tours in the area seamlessly.

Rare for a place to be this effortless. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive in a way that never felt performative. Every request was anticipated, every detail considered. It's the kind of hospitality you notice because it's so consistent, not because any single gesture stands out.

The property itself pulls off something hard: real style paired with real substance. Nothing felt like it was there just to look good in photos. And the location is genuinely unbeatable: close enough to walk into town for markets, temples, and dinner, yet the second you're back through the gate it's completely peaceful. That contrast, tranquil oasis one moment, easy access to everything the next, is what made it feel so special.

Add in the value for what you get, and I honestly can't picture staying anywhere else in Siem Reap. Can't recommend it enough.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Viroth's Hotel in Siem Reap. I was there from June 3-11th on my second trip to Siem Reap to visit the temples. They arranged for a tuk tuk driver, to be at my disposal for my time while I was there whenever I needed his services and the day rates were more then reasonable.

Services at the hotel were excellent. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were awesome with tons of food options and all very healthy, fresh choices. I had some time while I was there and they have a spa onsite, so I utilized a number of their services as wewll (massages and facial) and all were excellent. My room was very nice, spacious, very clean (and they were constantly keeping it clean!!) and was very quiet with no outside noise at all which is what I had requested.

I would definitely go back if I ever have the opportunity. Thanks again to all the staff at Viroth's Hotel!
