They were warm, welcoming, and unbelievably helpful with everything we needed, including booking all of our activities and tours in the area seamlessly.

Rare for a place to be this effortless. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive in a way that never felt performative. Every request was anticipated, every detail considered. It's the kind of hospitality you notice because it's so consistent, not because any single gesture stands out.

The property itself pulls off something hard: real style paired with real substance. Nothing felt like it was there just to look good in photos. And the location is genuinely unbeatable: close enough to walk into town for markets, temples, and dinner, yet the second you're back through the gate it's completely peaceful. That contrast, tranquil oasis one moment, easy access to everything the next, is what made it feel so special.

Add in the value for what you get, and I honestly can't picture staying anywhere else in Siem Reap. Can't recommend it enough.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Viroth's Hotel in Siem Reap. I was there from June 3-11th on my second trip to Siem Reap to visit the temples. They arranged for a tuk tuk driver, to be at my disposal for my time while I was there whenever I needed his services and the day rates were more then reasonable.

Services at the hotel were excellent. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were awesome with tons of food options and all very healthy, fresh choices. I had some time while I was there and they have a spa onsite, so I utilized a number of their services as wewll (massages and facial) and all were excellent. My room was very nice, spacious, very clean (and they were constantly keeping it clean!!) and was very quiet with no outside noise at all which is what I had requested.

I would definitely go back if I ever have the opportunity. Thanks again to all the staff at Viroth's Hotel!

An incredible experience - look no further for the best hotel in Siem Reap. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to your every want and need, with fresh eucalyptus cooling towels every time you return from a trip out. The location is superb and the pool area and rooms are amazing too.
