Pros:

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel and my room were impeccably clean, and the service was truly exceptional.

Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of most of the main places you’d want to visit in Siem Reap.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A gem in Siem Reap
Pros:

I had a really great 3 day stay. Viroth is a very nice, small and modern hotel, conveniently located close to the city centre but in a quiet small street. I had a a quite large room with pool view, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything went smoothly from the moment, with an early check-in, till the moment I left.
I found the breakfast excellent.
The swimming pool was very clean
I found the staff particularly smiley, helpful, efficient and professional. Thank you !
There are a couple of good restaurants around at walking distance.
A gem in Siem Reap ... I can only recommend it.

5 star experience
Pros:

An excellent 5 star feeling. Wonderful facilities, wonderful staff, very attentive and kind, rooms were very clean. Whole place is beautifully designed

Bed was a little firm for my preference but I still slept well

The best base from Siem Reap
Pros:

Hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed in !
Exceptional attention to detail from staff from greeting and reception to bar / restaurant / pool and cleaning. Everyone made the stay perfect.
The hotel is stunning, beautiful pool, excellent location. Staff took care to arrange bikes we hired ready for a sunrise set-off. Great rooms and size , comfy bed. Absolutely amazing breakfast ! We can’t wait to visit again.

妻とともに4泊滞在しました。目的だったアンコールワットの見学も素晴らしかったのですが、それ以上にこのホテルで過ごした時間が今回の旅で最も心に残るものとなりました。
特筆すべきは、スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティです。これまで世界中のさまざまなホテルに宿泊してきましたが、滞在中に出会ったすべてのスタッフがここまで細やかで温かい心配りをしてくれた経験は他にありません。どの場面でも常に笑顔で心地よく寄り添っていただき、本当に感動しました。
設備の美しさや居心地の良さはもちろんのこと、スタッフ一人ひとりの真心のおかげで、妻との滞在が忘れられない特別な思い出になりました。いつか必ずまた再訪したいと思っています。シェムリアップを訪れるすべての方に、自信を持って心からお勧めできるホテルです。

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool and surrounds. Staff well trained and caring.
Pros:

Beautiful property with amazing well kept gardens.
Clean and easy to get around. Restaurant food excellent.
Staff are so kind, courteous and very helpful.
Room very comfortable and night time turn down is wonderful.

Cons:

The pool needs hand rails as tiles can be slippery.
Air con very cold. Stairs no lifts.
