Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

The studio flat was clean, quiet,tidy had everything i needed to cook a meal in the eve and breakfast which made my stay extremely reasonable.
Bonus was the coffee machine in the room.
Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I am writing this review in both English and Turkish so that future guests can make an informed decision before booking.

First of all, I was asked to pay a £100 security deposit at check-in, despite not seeing this clearly disclosed during the booking process.

The hotel’s location was by far the worst part of my stay. Although it is close to the shopping centre, the area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe. Every day, I encountered homeless people, individuals openly using drugs, and other suspicious characters. The area felt so unsafe that I made sure to return to the hotel before dark every evening.

What concerned me even more was that a friend of mine who was born and raised in this city insisted on accompanying me back to the hotel every time we met. He told me that despite having lived in this city his entire life, he had rarely had a reason to visit this area and was surprised by the atmosphere and conditions around the hotel. Even during the daytime, I did not feel comfortable walking alone. On one occasion, I used Uber to travel to a destination that was only about a 10-minute walk away because I simply did not feel safe enough to walk there. The opposite side of the shopping centre felt significantly safer.

After spending a few days in this area, I genuinely felt relieved when I returned to Turkey.

I stayed for four nights, and my room was not cleaned a single time. Housekeeping never came during my entire stay. Fresh towels were only provided when I specifically requested them. The towels did not smell clean, and I was not fully convinced that the bedding had been properly cleaned either. I even covered my pillow with my own T-shirt before sleeping because I did not feel comfortable using it directly.

I never expected to feel this uncomfortable in the area surrounding a hotel.

Pros:

Spacious, comfortable & clean, great air-conditioning on a hot weekend. Comfy bed & big bathroom, kitchen facilities were brilliant. Staff all very helpful & friendly.
