Pros:

Apartment was big, comfortable, well equiped (extensive kitchen tool set as well), clean. Friendly staff (the names I remember, Jack at reception and Loraine at breakfast), great location for shopping, getting to airport (bus stop just outside) or anywhere via train station nearby.
Breakfast was tasty. I did not use the gym but it seems well equiped.

Booked it for 2nd time so that tells you enough
Pros:

The location is why I booked this hotel for the 2nd time. It is really close to the center with lots of bars and restaurants and shops in the area. Also the size of the apartments are really nice and give me a home feeling.

Cons:

The staff was like last time firm and strict. A little touch of human would be good I think.

Beautiful apartment, great location and extremely helpful, friendly staff!
Pros:

The room was beautiful, very private and ideal for my needs.

Cons:

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. For some reason it wasn’t mentioned on the description that the room also has a microwave so that was just a bonus.

Fantastic, friendly staff and location.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic - so welcoming and helpful and this really made our stay. We’ve stayed all over Europe and the UK and we really appreciated them. The service was unmatched.

The location was excellent also.

Pros:

Always try to stay here when over to see a villa match. Great location - just a couple of minute stroll to The Bullring. Staff are always very friendly. Highly recommended
