Пришел на ужин в 21.31 мне отказали, объяснив что кухня принимает заказы до 21.30
Ни какие уговоры, что я 2 суток в дороге и тд не помогли мне поужинать. Такого свинства от персонала я ни в одном отеле мира не видел. Больше там останавливаться не буду 100%!

It has everything you need!
Pros:

I first liked that it was available at the last minute when we really needed a place to stay in in Astana at night. We booked it and within 30 minutes we checked in. So easy and it was like a saviour for us. And the property itself has everything you need

Cons:

Probably that the rooms didn’t have minibars or fridges apart from the premium classes
