Excelente hotel céntrico en San Cristóbal
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, a media cuadra del parque central. La atención del personal es excelente y muy atenta. Las habitaciones están muy bien, cómodas, y los materiales son de calidad aceptable; no son premium, pero buenos. Los baños también cumplen.
El restaurante del hotel está muy bien y a precios razonables.

Cons:

Creo que el único problema del hotel está dado por su excelente ubicación, si bien sí ofrecen estacionamiento gratuito, éste se encuentra a tres cuadras largas de distancia y enfrente o cerca del hotel prácticamente es imposible encontrar estacionamiento, esto se vuelve un problema para bajar y subir el equipaje, hay que cargarlo por tres cuadras (el personal ayuda, pero aún así es muy incómodo) o detener el tráfico y aguantar los claxons y molestia de las personas que circulan por la avenida Madero.

the staff checking my room before I left felt rude — it made me feel uncomfortable.

I liked that the hotel was conveniently located near my hometown.

Cons:

The noise easily passed through the walls all night. the walls were thin and I could hear noise throughout the night

Muy bonito, cómodo, acogedor y en buena zona centrica. El personal muy amable

El parking esta un poco alejado y te tienen que acompañar para ir, pero al menos tienes un lugar para dejar el coche

En mi habitación la humedad es muy intensa, ya que no hay suficiente ventilación en la habitación, y además el lavabo está afuera del baño, las llaves desperdician mucha agua afuera y por lo tanto se mantiene mojado todo el tocador...
