The air conditioning in the room was so loud that I turned it off to sleep but this meant the room because far too hot. The bed was also rather uncomfortable

Confusione al check-in: i due impiegati avevano un elenco stampato da spuntare con la penna (!) con l’elenco dei clienti che avevano già fatto il check-in online e per trovare il mio cognome nel computer è stato un’impresa. Ci è stata fatta depositare la carta di credito a garanzia, come se non l’avessimo già lasciata su Booking.com. La camera per due era piccola con un solo comodino, una sedia e un pouf. Le bustine del tè e delle altre bevande erano contate. Il pavimento ricoperto da una vecchia moquette. In genere i mobili vecchi. Due accappatoi ma un solo asciugamano per le mani in bagno. È stato difficile trovare un tavolo per la colazione perché non venivano sgombrati al termine, pertanto si faceva colazione tra le tazze sporche e sul tavolo macchiato. Arrivati solo mezz’ora dopo l’orario dell’inizio, già erano terminati i croissant, nessuno serviva ai tavoli e delle due macchine per il caffè una era non funzionante. In generale la gente vagava per i buffet nella totale confusione mentre si vedeva una sola addetta che correva da un tavolo all’altro cercando di sparecchiare.
Amazing location, helpful staff provided luggage storage and easy check-in. We had a traffic cone-themed room which was hilarious. Great facilities and breakfast option as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great vibe/ambience and a very warm welcome at reception. Great bed linen, too, and funky decor. As I'd had a REALLY bad day, I was given a voucher for a free glass of wine which was much appreciated.
Due to a late booking I was in a disability room which I wouldn't have chosen but it was the only room left. And there was a constantly flashing ( smoke alarm?) Light in the room which was a bit disturbing. I'll be back though.
