Attention is needed
Pros:

Close proximity to the tube station. Room was a good size for two people.

Cons:

The whole room needed updating, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, the bathroom bin was broken and rusting, the air conditioning did not work and there were stains on the bed sheets.

It was nice and clean

Cons:

When we used the shower the drain didn't work, hence the toilet got flooded. Also the carpet was dirty.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, good food in the bar bellow, close to the train station. Despite being above the bar, you could hear music very faintly and it wasnt a problem. Cool rooms due to conditioner. Tasty bisquits and tea in the room.

Cons:

Towels and sheets were stained with what I assume was bleach, definetly need new ones. There were hair and dust on our beds. Mold in the shower, a bit complicated shower system, but staff helped with that, however, heat regulating button was broken and they didnt really do anything about it. Good for a short stay on a budget if you have stuff to do in the area.

A very pleasant stay and would recommend.
Pros:

Bacon Sandwich was really good and the service was good, staff were very courteous.
Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the only slight issue was the Iron stain on the carpet, however I do appreciate these things happen and it didn’t have an effect on the stay.

It was okay just not nice to be moved around when you’ve booked for a room.
Pros:

It was convenient location with shops, food places and train station nearby.

Cons:

The manager over booked . So on the 2nd we first got disturbed by the housekeeper telling us check out 11am. We were booked till 4th July. Then the housekeeper came back apologised and we got moved to another room. Because the manager booked our original room to someone else. This other room was more noisy!!

Pros:

The air-conditioning was really good. It was a heatwave but reaching hotel room was such a relief.

Cons:

The washroom was too narrow. The stair were really steep and difficult with bags.
