L’emplacement et le parking

Cons:

L’arrivée devant une machine. Machine qui ne fonctionne que très lentement. Elle m’a fait payer deux fois. Heureusement le patron s’en est aperçu et a semble-t-il fait le remboursement.
Chambre décor froid, pas de bouilloire, pas de miroir en pieds.
Déception car je connaissais l’hôtel il y à deux ans.

We stayed for one night and everything worked out great! Lovely hotel, and great service

מיקום מעולה במרכז עיר עם חניה. צ׳ק אין עצמאי, בעייתי מאוד.

המיקום מעולה ויש חניה נוחה. חדר גדול.

Cons:

תהליך הצ׳ק במכונה ( ובמייל) לא עבד וביזבזנו על זה זמן רב. כדי ״לפתור״את הבעיה ולקבל מפתח, נאלצנו לשלם 100 יורו נוספים שמאוחר יותר, קיבלנו עליהם זיכוי.
בהזמנה היה כתוב שזמן פינוי החדר הוא 11:00. בפועל, בשעה 10:30 באו לפנות אותנו בצורה שאינה נעימה. אין מעלית במלון והחדר מואר בבוקר.

いい雰囲気の部屋での一泊となりました
Pros:

部屋は清潔でちょっと雰囲気のある木造の部屋でした．DBの駅からも近く，市内の観光ポイントからもそれほど離れておらず宿泊場所としては便利でした．朝食も大変おいしくいただきました．

Cons:

チェックインの機械がドイツ語しか表示がなく，スマホで翻訳しながら必要事項を入力するので非常に手間がかかりました．できれば駅の発券機のように多言語（せめて英語）表記に切り替えられると助かります．
