Pros:

La posizione ottima, con parcheggio proprio di fronte all’hotel. Abbiamo piacevolmente trovato una camera appena ristrutturata con bagno nuovissimo, non quello che avevamo visto nelle foto! Ci è piaciuta la vecchia scala in legno che mantiene l’originalità della struttura. Colazione buona.

Uitstekend hotel
Pros:

Prachtige locatie bij de stadspoort, gezellige kamer, prima ontbijt en eigen parkeerplaats tegenover hotel.

Cons:

Self check-in proces is niet erg duidelijk heb meerdere gasten er mee zien worstelen.

Location was perfect, parking very good, check in was fine despite it being a machine, no issues at all. The place was very modern in the breakfast room and general areas, which was nice and unexpected. Our room was also very nice, had everything we needed. I would recommend a stay here and the staff at breakfast were very nice.
We rang the number on arrival for extra pillows and they were delivered no issues at all. Any reviews about lack of staff should be ignored, there's a number if you need to speak to someone and check in is made easier with pre check in.

Poloha blízko centra krásného, historického města.

Cons:

První dojem katastrofální, byl nám přidělen neuklizený, použitý pokoj, špinavé povlečení postele, v koupelně již použité mýdlo, v koši nevynešené odpadky. Písemně jsem reklamoval a ubytovatel zjednal nápravu a dal nám jiný pokoj, ten byl již v pořádku. Když máte za sebou 850 km a těšíte se na koupelnu a odpočinek, místo toho ještě musíte toto řešit a stěhovat se, tak to nepůsobí dobře. Zvláště, pokud hostitel uvede jako důvod "stala se chyba, jsme jenom lidé". Spal jsem již v mnoha hotelích i v Africe, Asii, ale doposud se nikdy nic takového nestalo. O to víc mne překvapilo, že se to stalo v Německu !!! Kam se poděla proklamovaná německá pečlivost a preciznost? A to zdůvodnění? Jsou prostě chyby, které se stát nesměji !!!

Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great location for visiting the city and getting to know more about the area and the local businesses.
We would definitely stay here again!

מיקום מעולה במרכז עיר עם חניה. צ׳ק אין עצמאי, בעייתי מאוד.

המיקום מעולה ויש חניה נוחה. חדר גדול.

Cons:

תהליך הצ׳ק במכונה ( ובמייל) לא עבד וביזבזנו על זה זמן רב. כדי ״לפתור״את הבעיה ולקבל מפתח, נאלצנו לשלם 100 יורו נוספים שמאוחר יותר, קיבלנו עליהם זיכוי.
בהזמנה היה כתוב שזמן פינוי החדר הוא 11:00. בפועל, בשעה 10:30 באו לפנות אותנו בצורה שאינה נעימה. אין מעלית במלון והחדר מואר בבוקר.
