O secador do quarto estava estragado e não tinham um secador reserva pra emprestimo nem conseguiram arrumar o problema em 4 dias de estadia. Estava na cidade para um congresso e nao levei meu secador, tive que ir de cabelo preso a maior parte dos dias. Ao questionar a equipe, recebi a resposta que o maximo que poderiam fazer seria indicar um salao. Fiquei no quarto 205, que tinha manchas de mofo no teto. Os travesseiros estavam muito usados e em mas condiçoes. Escolhi o Ibis Liberdade por ja ter tido uma experiencia previa boa, mas a qualidade caiu muito, nao pretendo retornar. O carpete do segundo andar tinha muito cheiro de mofo. O predio tem dois elevadores mas um ficou estragado o tempo todo, acaba usando as escadas porque demorava muito.
